While standing here awkwardly, I've been thinking I should go back to where they were before I became the center of attention here. I will literally punch Carlos in the face if I ever become embarrassed here.

I was about to go, but someone held my wrist and started to dance along. As we danced, I finally looked at the person. And it was... the boy in the stall a few days ago.

Why is he dancing with me, but not others?

"Hola, hermosa," he greeted as he danced with me.

"Uh, hi?" I awkwardly smiled.

"I saw you standing there alone, so I thought I'd take the chance of dancing and talking with you," he said as he swirled me around.

"Is that so?" I asked, looking away. I don't know how to feel. This seems to make me happy. Someone was dancing with me as if in a fantasy.

"Is that your daughter?" Your mother's friend pointed at where you were dancing.

"Where?" your mother asked, and when she looked at the direction where her friend was pointing to, she finally realized it was you. "Yes! That's my daughter. I can't believe she danced there," she said happily.

After that, they supported and cheered you. You almost heard it, then you just smiled. Even the man with whom you've been dancing looked at you and realized that someone was cheering for both of you. So, he smiled too.

Meanwhile, on the side of the dancing crowd...

Carlos was laughing because of what he had done to (Y/N). And here, Cristina seems annoyed. Carlos noticed this.

"Why is your face like that?"

"Why did you do that to her? She's not somehow comfortable alone in the crowd with dancing people," Cristina said as she crossed her arms.

"You also previously left her alone from the side of the dancing people." He smirked.

"Yes, I did. Wait, wha--" She realized. "How did you know, huh? You stalked (Y/N) again? I told you to don't stalk her because--" Cristina scolded as she was cut off by Carlos.

"No, calm down. I just saw you both there. I was also waiting there for someone of my relatives."

"Is it true?" Cristina asked as if she was paranoid.

"Of course! I promise, I didn't stalk (Y/N)."

"Hmm, okay then. By the way, who's dancing with (Y/N) right there?" she asked as she looked at (Y/N) dancing with someone. Carlos also looked in the direction where Cristina was looking. And so, he felt shocked and kind of mad.

Carlos was about to go to (Y/N), but Cristina held his wrist, which stopped him.

"No, you wanted what you did. So let her dance with another man somehow." Cristina smirked.

"Let me go."

"Nope, you naughty one. It's your fault. Now you're feeling mad, let's say. Are you jealous, huh?" she teased.

"I'm not. Can you stop holding my wrist?" he asked as he was trying to pull his wrist.

"I will stop, but you will not go. Got that?"

"Yes, I will stay here," he agreed as he rolled his eyes.

"Good, stay there and fill your body with jealousy," Cristina whispered as she let go his wrist.

"I can't hear what you say," he said with annoyed tone.

"It's nothing. Let's watch her with that man. They look so good together while dancing. Aww," she teased. And Carlos just crossed his arms there, watching them.
