I'm back! Didja guys miss me?

Zena took up her mother's role in grief and anger- just how Xen had done. She didn't like having to take up this role. The funeral had been grand and she had paid all her respects. Grian was taking more time to get over it.

He locked himself in his room and wouldn't come out. Even when Xia yelled insults at the door. If Grian wasn't caring about Xia's insults, he was doing terribly. If he did come out, his eyes would be puffy and red from crying, he wouldn't speak to anyone and he would go straight back to his room.

Everyone was worried about the little prankster and although they knew he was going through loads, they wanted to talk to him.

Zena especially was worried about her brother. But taking up the role or 'Leader of the Watchers' was quite difficult and although she was giving her all, it seemed as though she was falling short.

She did a few things which most would call 'memorable' but she still felt running short. She was old enough to rule and always felt like her mother would have done better in her place.

Zena had made Xia her right hand which was a good move since Xia was the best fighter.
Zena looked in the mirror and sighed. Her black cloak went well with her ginger colored hair and lavender eyes. Her hair was tied up in a bun and was pinned back, just how Xen wore her hair to Lix's funeral.

"Chief?" came Zatin's voice which made Zena turn about and smile slightly. Although the world was lost, her mother had perished and her brother was drowning in misery, Zatin's voice always made her smile. He had been there since she was young and he was the same: kind, caring, loyal and obidient.

"I'm ready," sighed Zena. She fixed her hair and dusted her cloak off. She felt the gem around her neck. It still shone brightly, and to Zena's relief. "What about Xelqua?" she asked Zatin. "He's waiting for you, he - by some miracle - has stopped crying,"

Zena breathed a sigh of relief and she walked down to where Grian was. His eyes were still red but there weren't any tear tracks running across his face.

The priest spoke stories of Xen with great valor and it made her victories sound extremely brave and her death, heroic.

Both Zena and Grian were dressed in black cloaks which symbolized their grief. They were quite teary after the ceremony.

Zena went to managing things, slightly better now with Xenia and Zatin by her side and Grian, wanting to actually be useful, built and designed several buildings for the community.

Grian had - along with building - been going out and making friends. Most of them were players who seemed okay with the fact that Grian was a Watcher.

He quite liked these people- they seemed kind and funny. He wanted to surprise them with something, something fun. But what?

Maybe he could make them a gift? No, that wouldn't work out. Maybe a fun little prank? No, he needed something bigger. You see, Grian had a 'go big or go home' attitude.

Then an idea struck him. He could create a server. He wanted to be more than he was. That would be fun and they could explore the older versions of Minecraft. They could be a team, a group who wouldn't fall one by one. They would stay or they would go together. Grian was starting to like this idea.

But there was one problem- he didn't know how to 'admin'. Luckily for him, he had a sister who did know how to 'admin'. He just wanted to ask Zena but she would be busy. Then again, Xen always had time for the siblings.

He walked up to Zena, wanting to ask for help. "Err, Zena I sorta need your help," he said, looking into the sterner one's eyes.

He explained the whole thing to Zena who agreed with some reluctance. She just wanted to see Grian happy. She explained what Grian needed to do and assured him that she would take care of the rest.

In a few hours the players were rounded up and all of them were excited. They were fidgety as though they didn't know what to do but they wanted to do something anyway.

Grian had explained everything to them and Zena was seeing them to the portal. She smiled as she ushered them in. "Stay safe, Zatin will help you with updates." Grian hugged her in farewell and dragged them into the portal through which a beautiful scenery lay before them. The portal closed behind them and Grian opened his arms wide, his grin just as wide.

"Welcome," he said "To the Evolution SMP."

Sorry for the inconsistent update.
Sorry for Xen's death.
Sorry for the angst.
Hopefully you guys liked the second part of this chapter. Longer than usual isn't it? Please tell me I made y'all smile with the last few words.
