CHAPTER 3

Blaze's POV

AFTER A TWO HOUR meeting ay nag-ayos na ako ng sarili para umuwi. Niluwagan ko necktie ko at binuksan ang dalawang botones ng polo ko. I comb my hair as I tied it again. Kinuha ko na bag ko at sinabit na sa balikat ko.

Pinatay ko na lahat ng gamit sa loob ng opisina bago lumapit sa upuan. Lumabas na ako ng opisina at sinara ito. Sa labas ng office ko nakita ko ang mga employees ko, they greeted me as I walked away. I just nodded and walked.

I had a busy day and I'm not in the mood. I'm tired, I wanna rest. Alice came to my side smiling. Pumasok na kami sa elevator at siya na mismo nagpindot ng first floor button. She is my secretary, so she do it.

"Kuya, ano ulam?" Tanong niya.

"May ulam na tayo." Sabi ko.

Napalingon siya sakin. "Ano?"

"I don't know."

She glared at me. "Sabi mo may ulam, tapos ngayon you don't know?"

"Just wait until they get there." I said.

"Who? Sila Ralph?"

"Yeah."

Napatango siya. "Masarap yun, mas masarap sa luto mo."

I raised my brow. "Parang hindi nakaubos ng isang kaldero nakaraan ako nagluto."

"Masarap yung kanin, luto mo hindi." She giggled.

"Yeah, whatever."

"Tirhan mo ako ng ulam, kakain ako pag-uwi ko." Sabi niya at inalog balikat ko. "Ha, Kuya?"

"Sure."

"Yey! Tapos taasan mo ulit sahod ko. Nag-over time ako last week at sinalo ko naman lahat ng trabaho mo last month." She smiled sweetly.

I rolled my eyes and looked at my wrist watch. She pouted and just rolled her eyes too. Saktong bumukas ang elevator door at lumabas na kami. Some employees greeted us. I nodded, while Alice greeted them back.

Lumabas na kami sa front entrance at saktong kakadating lang ng kotse ko mula ground floor. One of the security stepped out and handed me the keys. I thanked him and went in. Alice hopped in too and closed the door.

Pinatakbo ko na ito. Habang nagmamaneho ay napansin kong nag-me-make up si Alice. I raised my brow as she pucker her lips on her hand mirror. She's applying some lipstick on her lips. Napangiwi ako, I haven't saw Celestine doing that. She puts lipstick before, but not like that!

"What are you doing?" I asked

"Retouch."

"Do you have a date?"

Ngumisi siya at naglagay ng blush on.

"Lemme guess, the militar boy?"

"Eh ano naman ngayon, Kuya? I'm 25!"

I scoffed. "Still young for me--"

"Sabagay, gurang ka na." Sabi niya.

I glared at her. She just chuckled and continue applying make up.

"You know, kuya... Try dating."
