CHAPTER 13

Celestaire's POV

I'M AT THE MALL, busy looking around the toys section. Ralph is with me, following every where I go. Christmas is near and I'm getting some gifts for my family and friends.

Inuna ko talaga ang dalawang inaanak ko na si Kaye at Daniella at si Red na kapatid ni Ralph. I want something pretty for them. Toys will do. Looking around the girls toy section first, I saw dollhouses.

"Dollhouses? They are just one below, mahal. Baka mga nanay lang nila maglaro." Sabi ni Ralph at natawa.

"What will I buy?" I asked him, while pouting.

"How about something fit for their ages and something they won't fight for." He said.

I nodded and looked around. Gusto ko kasi parehas sila para hindi mag-agawan o magka-inggitan ang dalawang bata. I don't want to be unfair to them.

Walking around and I finally saw a perfect gift for them. "Ang ganda! Ito na lang!" I said.

Tumango si Ralph. "A rocking horse?"

"Rocking unicorn, mahal." Sabi ko at hinawakan ang horn nito.

He shrugged. "Well, that's fine. They'll enjoy it that's for sure."

I smiled at him. After putting the two unicorns in the cart, I looked around to look for a gift for Red. Nakarating kami sa mga robot at nakakita si Ralph nang kotse.

"This is cool. It can transform into a bot and back to a car." Sabi niya.

I raised my brows. "Gusto ba ni Red yan o yung kuya ang may gusto?" Natatawang tanong ko.

"The latter." He answered, while laughing.

Napailing na lang ako at naghanap pa. I know Red likes airplanes. Habang naglalakad ay may natagpuan akong eroplano na pinapalipad ng isang staff ng toy store.

I smiled and looked at Ralph. "That one. Red will like that." I said.

After buying some toys, we decided buying some stuffs to give our friends for Christmas. I bought my family gifts too. After that, I decided to leave Ralph at his car and buy something for him. Nakarating ako sa Rolex.

I bought him a watch. The one he always wants, but doesn't wanna buy it. Because his watch he is using now is still working. I smiled and payed for it before putting it in my bag. I'll give him this on Christmas.

Days passed and it's Christmas. Eleven pm. kami pumunta sa bahay nila Alysha. Medyo napuyat kami kasi may Christmas Party kaming magkakaibigan kahapon. We all got drunk and over slept.

Nakangiti akong pumasok sa bahay na sumalubong sakin si Gavi na may hawak na wine. Kasunod niya si Hetty na hawak pamangkin niya na si Kaye.

"Finally!" Gavi said.

I hugged her. "Wine, really? Wala kang hangover?"

"Kakatapos ko lang kumain." She said, avoiding my question. "Kumain na kayo ni Ralph!" Sabi niya.

"Bahay mo? Kung mag-imbita na kumain, parang bahay ah." Sabi ni Alysha at ngumisi. "Kumain na kayo. Huwag kayo gumaya sa iba diyan."

Umiling ako at sabay kaming lahat naglakad papasok sa bahay ni Alysha. All of them are here, except Blaze. He is always missing every Christmas. Napapansin ko nga na hindi siya masaya tuwing magchri-Christmas Party kami.
