simon "shouldn't we get the hell out of here?"

jace "why, simon?"
simon "they're right downstairs ."
jace "let them come after us."
jace "they'll just turn into a bunch of fried eggs out here."
jace "i thought you said you watch movies."

clary "oh, my god"
they all walked up the steps.
clary "oh, my god, its over. its actually over."
clary " i was so afraid i would lose you. but its true, you're actually here."

simon "you know id do anything for you."
clary "you don't have to die!"
simon "I'd rather not do that."

they hugged.
clary "i couldn't live without you."
simon "say that again"
clary "i couldn't live without you, simon."

clary "you're all i have left. my whole life just disappeared ."
clary "I'm supposed to... be this other thing, live this other way."
clary "you're my best friend ."
clary "don't you ever,ever let yourself get in that kind of trouble again."
clary "got it?"

izzy "well... no accounting for taste."
alec "yeah, you should talk."
alec "look, can i just say one thing?"
jace "you will, whatever i say, so shoot."
alec "you think you know clary, right? but you may not."
alec "think about who her father is."
jace "you know what alec?"
jace "do not start this again with me, alec"
alec "she just came out of nowhere, jace."
jace "she has no one."
alec "just listen to me for one second."
jace " alec, stop!"

jace "just stop."
alec "I'm older than you, jace."
alec "I'm not in your shadow."
jace "if you really feel that way about her... why did you help us tonight?"

alec walked away so i stood up and followed him.
me "are you ok? he was way to harsh"
alec "im fine"
me "can you trust me ?"
alec "yeah more then clary"
me "you can do way better then him."
me "also if you want to talk im always happy to do so"
alec "thank you"
