simon "holy crap, clary. who tourched your loft?"
simon "yeah, i can see this, too."
simon "hay"
simon "you okay?"
clary "there's nothing left of me here."
alec "of course, there isn't."
alec "your mother was trying to erase any trace that you or leo existed."
alec "so that you could't be tracked."

alec "she was protecting yo and leo."
clary "let's see how well that worked."
alec "you're alive, aren't you?"
simon "these floorbordes..."
simon "they sound different in these two spots."
simon "can't you hear it?"
simon "there's something under here."
he pulled a pieces of the floorbored up.
simon "another score for brooklyn."
alec "hey, out of the way."
simon "you're welcome."

alec "there's something down here."
he pulled a box up from under the floor.
alec "is this the box you remember?"
clary "yeah."
clary "she used to wait till she thought i was asleep and then take it out."
me "didn't you say the exact same thing earlier."

simon "well, let't open it."
clary "i don't know what any of this is."
alec "there's someone here."
alec "get what you need. do not move intil i get back."
alec "we've been here too long."

they grabbed my arms and pushed me into a car. this is great getting kidnapped with my sister.

clary "where are we? this isn't the police station."
me "oh, i couldn't tell."
wolf 1 "just cooperate and everything will be fine."
wolf 1 "get out!"

simon "we didn't do anything wrong."
i laughed .
wolf 2 "be quiet or you're gonna make this worse for yourself."
they started walking us to a Chinese restaurant.
wolf 1 "luke's calling."
wolf 2 "ignore it. that's an order."
clary "are you guys with luke."

i started ignoring them.
