Chapter 8 - A Magical Night

Chapter 8

Jillian's POV

"Where are we going this time?" I asked for the millionth time.

"To Disneyland!" He shouted like an excited 5 year old.

"Really?! It's been a year since we last went there together."

"I know right?! That's why I'm taking you there."

I yawned a little since we woke up early.

"It's an hour drive so get some beauty rest first. I'll just wake you up when we get there."

"Ok."

~ An hour later ~

"Jill.... Jilly.... Jillian.... Babe... Wake up! We're here!" Louis said while poking my cheek to wake me up. It's the one thing that annoys me.

"I'm up! I'm up! Stop poking my cheek."

"Let's go!"

"Excited?"

"Of course!"

"Then what are we waiting for? Let's go!"

We bought our tickets and went straight in. We rode some rides and some rollercoasters even though I'm afraid of them. It was fine since I had Louis beside me. We ate some snacks, like those delicious churros that they sold. Ugh! Heaven! Some fans also asked for our photos and Lou's autograph. I felt so loved! When it was almost time for the fireworks display, we went to the Princess castle to watch it there.

The lights around Disneyland dimmed and the fireworks display began. Louis and I stared at the colorful sky in awe. We were holding hands until I felt his grip loosen. I looked at where he was supposed to stand but found him on one knee holding a small velvet box. People around us started to ignore the fireworks display and started taking pictures of what was happening. I guess they recognized Louis. These pictures will surely be on the front cover of magazines by tomorrow.

"Lou, what are you doing? People are staring at us."

"Jill, I was planning to do this last night but you know who ruined my chances." He paused. Then continued.

"We've been together for 2 years now. But, I don't want it to be that short. I want it to be forever. I want to spend the rest of my life with you." He started.

He opened the small box. Inside was the prettiest engagement ring ever!

He continued "So... Jillian Samantha Payne, will you do the honors of becoming Mrs. Jillian Tomlinson?"

Everyone was staring at us since the fireworks display ended. Louis was looking at me with his best puppy eyes.

What should I tell him?

Yes or No?
