Chapter 36 - Preparations and... Jealousy?

Chapter 36

Jillian's POV

We're on our way to the office of the wedding planner. This wedding planner was Louis's old classmate in middle school. He heard that she plans amazing occasions like weddings, debuts, and other special occasions. I'm excited yet nervous at the same time. Why am I feeling these? Aren't I suppose to be excited only?

"Babe, we're here. You ready for this?" Louis asked. Am I? Of course I am.

"Yeah. You?"

"Never been this ready in my entire life." he beamed. He's really excited for this. I'm so lucky to have him.

"Then let's go." I said. We got out of the car and went in. A girl with brunette hair was sitting on the reception desk.

"Hello! I'm Kathy. How may I help you?" she asked sweetly.

"Hi. We have an appointment with Ms. Sadie Wilson." I said. Kathy looked down on her appointment book.

"Can I get your names please?" She asked us nicely.

"Louis Tomlinson and Jillian Payne." Louis said. Kathy searched for our names but a woman's voice interrupted her search.

"Louis? Louis Tomlinson?" the voice said. We both looked at her. She's gorgous! A blond Victoria's Secret looking model stood in front of us.

"Sadie! Hey! You look gorgous!" Louis answered. They both walked towards each other and hugged. A hug that lasted like... forever!

Hello? Louis! I'm still here! Ok... It's official! He's totally ignoring me.

"Ahem..." I faked cough. Finally! They parted and Louis took my by the hand.

"Oh... Sadie, this is my fiance Jillian. Lucas said you became a wedding planner like you wished. So here we are."

"Hi." we said in unison. We shook hands and I tried to keep my mean remarks to myself. She smiled so I gave a very fake smile which I hope nobody noticed as a fake one.

"Let's go to my office to discuss the deets. Don't worry Kath. They do have an appointment." Kathy smiled in our direction. Sadie led us to a room at the back of the shop.

"Shall we start?" We both sat side by side with Sadie across us.

"Sure. " Louis and I said. Louis held my hand under the table. His hands are... sweating?

"Babe, you ok?" I whispered.

"I'm fine... just... excited." He said with a huge grin on his face.

"Ok, let's start. How did you guys meet?" she asked. The questions kept on coming and we answered each question with wide smiles, remembering each memory like it was just yesterday. I can't wipe the smile on my face.

"Ok. So that's about it for today. I'll just notify you both for the next schedule. We'll start with the theme, color, etc. Ok? " she asked. We both nodded. We all said our goodbyes. I also gave Kathy a wave goodbye.

As I was about to exit the office, I saw Louis and Sadie hugging for one last time, this time the hug lasted a little longer than needed.

Ok... that's it! I exited the office and unlocked the car. Good thing I have the spare emergency car key.

Why am I acting like such a jealous bitch? Ugh!

After about 5 minutes of me waiting for Louis in the car, he finally exited the office and went to the car's direction.

"Why did you leave?" he asked, dumfounded.

"You were busy with Sadie so I left. Didn't want to be a bother." I said while rolling my eyes and crossing my arms.

"Oh..." Louis said, dragging the ohhhhhhhhhh.

"What?" I said, clearly irritated.

"You do know I love you, right? And that you're the only one?" That made me smile.

"Promise?" I asked.

"Promise."

Another promise sealed with a kiss.
