Chapter 10 - What Up With Surprises?

Chapter 10

Jillian's POV

Louis and I have been engaged for two weeks now. Every once in a while, I would look at my engagement ring as if it was gone. It was just to shiny and it always attracts my attention. Plus, it will be my best reminder of my BooBear once he leaves for tour tomorrow. Management gave the lads a day off today to spend it with their family, friends, and girlfriends. He told me to get ready for another surprise date.

Ugh! Another surprise?! What up with surprises these days?

"Hurry up, you're wasting time! I wanna spend the whole day with you!"

"Just a minute!"

I haven't even finished dressing yet. I didn't even know where we're going! I peeked out of the window and saw Louis wearing a striped shirt whiched was matched with his signature red shorts. So... Outdoorsy? Ok!

I pulled out a floral tank top and matched it with my white shorts. Perfect for a outdoorsy!

I put my hair up in a messy bun and applied minute make-up. I wore my favorite pair of gladiators and got my bag. I dashed to the door in record time because Louis was practically screaming at me.

What? Isn't 'just a minute' like 20 minutes in girl talk? Boys... they'll never understand us.

"After a million years... Thank God you finally came down!" I just rolled my eyes.

"Let's just go." I said.

"Finally!" He said cheerfully.

"Where are we going anyways?"

"Somewhere out there."

Ugh! Another surprise?! This got to be the last one. One more surprise like the Disneyland one and I'm gonna die with all the sweetness!

We got in his car and drove out. 25 minutes later, we arrived at the park.

"The park?"

"Yeah. I prepared something for us. But I have to blindfold you."

"Ugh! Why?"

"Isn't it obvious that it's one of my spontaneous surprises?"

"Fine. Do what you have to do."

With that, he took the blindfold from his pocket and blindfolded me. He took my hand and led me to his 'surprise'. After a few minutes, he let me go.

"Lou?"
