He continued "So... Jillian Samantha Payne, will you do the honors of becoming Mrs. Jillian Tomlinson?"

Everyone was staring at us since the fireworks display ended. Louis was looking at me with his best puppy eyes.

Chapter 9

Louis's POV

By the looks on Jill's face she was having a dilemma if she should say yes or no. I just continued looking at her with my puppy eyes. Finally she spoke up.

"You do know that my brother's puppy eyes look cuter. Right?" She said giggling. I just chuckled at her remark and waited patiently for her answer.

After minutes of giggling and patience she finally answered.

"Yes."

"What?" I said shockingly.

"I said yes. Yes. Meaning I'll marry you."

"Yes? Yes? Yes! She said yes!" I said while jumping up and down.

I started jumping like how Liam jumped when he saw the limited Woody doll that Jill and I gave him for his birthday. The crowd started to cheer.

"Yes Lou. I know I said yes." She said in a sarcastic tone.

I finally stopped since I'm out of breath.

"Thank you." I said out of breath.

"Thank you? For what?"

"For making me the happiest man alive." I said. Tears of joy started streaming down my cheek. She used her thumb to wipe them away.

"No Lou. Thank you for making me the happiest woman alive." Tears were also starting to fall on her face. It was now my turn to wipe them away.
