Goodbye and Hello

Okay, I'M VERY SORRY!!!

 Hey everyone. Sorry for taking so long to update and not keeping my promises to update on time. Many things have been happening, and I have just been booked with school and my mental health. I have also been trying to develop new ideas for this story because I had so many thoughts about where and how this story should go but wasn't sure which would fit best. I can't promise that I will constantly update on time, but right now, I can say that I will be updating more frequently than I was before. Sorry to those who waited so long, and thank you very much for sticking with me.

Previously

Shuichi sighed, "Knowing you, you probably told him that you weren't sure yet and needed more time. Am I wrong?"

Hiro looked down; he always hated how Shuichi could read him, just like he could read Shuichi.

Shuichi got up and walked closer to Hiro till he was hovering over him, then slowly leaned in and...

Present

Before Hiro knew what was happening, Shuichi leaned in and kissed him fully on the lip. He was shocked as he felt so many emotions spark through him simultaneously. He felt happy, angry, disappointed, and sad, but surprisingly, he felt calm. After about 30 seconds, they parted, and all Hiro could do was stare.

"Well......that just happened,"   Shuichi jokingly said while Hiro stared.

"So, how do you feel?" Shuichi asked with a tone of seriousness, "Your excuse for rejecting Fujisaki was because of your old feeling for me, but now that a form of intimacy was initiated, how do you feel?"

Hiro stared; he blinked once, then blinked again. He felt.....he felt.....he felt nothing. Not that the kiss didn't make him embarrassed, but he felt no special spark like he had felt with Fujisaki. Before Shuichi kissed him, he would have felt stronger emotions, but right now, he feels awkwardly embarrassed. Had his feeling for Shuichi died down without him even being aware?

"From the look in your eyes, I can see you're finally starting to understand. We have always been together all this time and joined at the hip with no space for individual breath. Due to this, you didn't get the chance to express your feelings back then; you never really took the proper space to deal with them, which I can fully admit is my fault. But we have been together for so long, without realizing your feelings for me had become platonic, well platonically intimate, but without time, you didn't have enough time to adapt to that small change. It is a small change because even without romantic feelings, we still act how we act."

Hiro was listening to Shuichi, and that was all he could do at the moment. Shuichi was right; it seemed like, at some point, his feeling had already been extinguished, and although he might have been in pain, he never gave himself a chance to acknowledge it, along with the fact that even without romantic status, they still acted intimately with each other, even as friends.

"Fuck!" Hiro said, still shocked by the new revelation about himself.

Shuichi watched and just sighed, "I was the one who shackled you down for my selfishness, so I figured it was only right for me to set you free, and I couldn't think of a better way after all actions speak louder than words," Shuichi stated as he smiled at Hiro then turned around and started to walk off. 

Still dazed from both the kiss and the revelation, all Hiro could be get up and quietly follow behind Shuichi, still deep in thought about his feeling.

Unknowingly, the one thing Shuichi and Hiro failed to notice was the audience staring down at them from the second floor, seeing every single bit of their conversation.
