Gravitation doesn't belong to me, but this story does. I hope you enjoy it.

Previously

Kyoko and Shuichi looked at each other one more time before saying in cohesion, "Telepathically." Hiro looked at both of them, and burst out laughing, "You two really are something else when you're put together."

The three soon struck up a conversation, trying to catch up, while Ren just stood in the corner watching all three of them interact. They seemed to be in their own world, that they didn't even realize the curious looks which they received from the others who came along with them. But out of everyone, there was one person whose curiosity got the best of them.....

Present

Fujisaki spoke up, "umm.....Shindo-san what song are you going to sing? We only very few songs and people have already heard them."

Shuichi turned and looked at Fujisaki with a mischievous look while Kyo spoke, "well, Bad Luck might have very few songs, but Angel doesn't. He has over a hundred songs that he started."

"300," Hiro stated correcting her. Kyo who hated being corrected turned and stuck out her tongue at Hiro. Fujisaki was confused, does that mean that they had songs before Bad Luck? Then why haven't we heard them? Why are they keeping them out? All these thoughts were running through his head and the head of all the others.

"Okay Shuichi it is almost time, you ready?"

"umm....yeah, I just need three things. Hiro, I need you on drums, who can play bass, and do you have an electric guitar?" Everyone was confused as to why he was asking all these things, questions like could Hiro even play drums? Why did he need an electric guitar? But despite all these questions, everything he had asked for was done.

Timeskip

It was finally time for Shuichi to sing his song, and everyone was anxious to hear him sing.

"Hey everyone. It has been a while I sang here so I will sing something small and soft."

Everyone cheered and then quieted down, as they watched Hiro take his place at the drums, a guy who worked there took the bass guitar, while Shuichi slugs the electric over his shoulders.

No one knew they were about to experience a ride through rock in roll.

#Play song

Three, two, one.....

When I was six years old, I broke my leg
I was running from my brother and his friends
And tasted the sweet perfume of the mountain grass I rolled down
I was younger then, take me back to when I

Found my heart and broke it here
Made friends and lost them through the years
And I've not seen the roaring fields in so long
I know I've grown, but I can't wait to go home

Everyone watched in amazement as Hiro played the drums, and Shuichi shredded on the guitar, this was different, a change from the original songs they have heard. It was something new.

I'm on my way
Driving at 90 down those country lanes
Singing to Tiny Dancer
And I miss the way you make me feel, and it's real
When we watched the sunset over the castle on the hill

Fifteen years old and smoking hand-rolled cigarettes
Running from the law through the backfields and
Getting drunk with my friends
Had my first kiss on a Friday night
I don't reckon that I did it right, but

I was younger then, take me back to when
We found weekend jobs, when we got paid
We'd buy cheap spirits and drink them straight
Me and my friends have not thrown up in so long
Oh, how we've grown, but I can't wait to go home

By now, everyone was feeling the excitement of the song, as they all stood up and started cheering loudly.

I'm on my way
Driving at 90 down those country lanes
Singing to Tiny Dancer
And I miss the way you make me feel, and it's real
When we watched the sunset over the castle on the hill
Over the castle on the hill
Over the castle on the hill

Everyone, in a trance from the song, quieted down as the music got softer, following the beat and listening to every single word that left the singer's mouth.

One friend left to sell clothes
One works down by the coast
One had two kids, but lives alone
One's brother overdosed
One's already on his second wife
One's just barely getting by, but
These people raised me
And I can't wait to go home

And I'm on my way
I still remember these old country lanes
When we did not know the answers
And I miss the way you make me feel, and it's real
When we watched the sunset over the castle on the hill
Over the castle on the hill
Over the castle on the hill

Yuki's Pov

As the song came to an end, the cheering didn't stop. Instead, it got louder, I looked back at him. I have never seen him like this. Ever since we broke up, I have learned more about him, than when we were together. I saw a new light, in his music, his voice, and in him. I knew I wanted him back, I knew it. But yet my pride wouldn't let me. I knew I had to do something to at least get him to talk to me. But.....but what? Why was I holding back? I looked back to the stage. Even though he was right there, I felt as though he was beyond my reach, like I couldn't get to him anymore. I felt something at the corner of my eyes. What was this feeling, I don't understand. What is it? Not wanting to draw attention to myself I walked out, and as soon as I stepped out. It came falling beyond my control.
