Goodbye and Hello

"It's because we have been doing the same songs during our TV performances, I'm getting tired of them, and I'm pretty sure the fans are too."

The two argued back and forth, unable to see things eye to eye until Hiro decided to speak up.

"Okay, guys, calm down. How about this....."

Present

Everyone was busy and running around, getting ready for the concert. It was loud in the stadium as many fans screamed and talked, filled with anticipation for the upcoming show. Backstage, everyone was running around, trying to make sure everything went off without a hitch despite the high warning in the weather drastically changing for the worse. In one of the rooms, the members of Bad Luck are busy learning the new song that had just been added to the lineup by Shuichi. At least, that's what they are supposed to be doing. Instead of beautiful practice going on, loud voices arguing with each other are what's heard instead. No one knew what they were arguing about, and they didn't try to find out. 

Shuichi's Pov

"Look guys, I know this is short notice but I want to get these songs out. And no Fujisaki, it can't wait until the next concert. We don't even know when that will be and I truly feel that these songs will connect us more to our fans." I'm the only one taking a big step by even releasing these songs considering how personal they are. But I don't say that out loud. After a few more back and forth, I think we can agree but not without Hiro having to kiss up to Fujisaki. I still don't know how to feel about what's going on with them. I mean, I know I pushed Hiro to consider Fujisaki's feelings but that doesn't mean I don't still feel weird about it. I mean Hiro and I are people who express ourselves through touch, well, mostly me. So have no idea what's okay and what's not. Then there's also the odd feeling I keep getting from Fujisaki. Since we have met I have always felt like he thought I was either never enough, or too much to handle, which hurts, but something I could deal with. But now that he and Hiro are getting closer, it's almost as if he feels even more prickly towards me. I couldn't help but think I did something wrong, and as I tried to recount all our interactions, the stage manager came to let us know we needed to start getting ready to start. We quickly started to pack up our stuff, and as I left the room, I put everything that wasn't about the concert to the back of my mind, especially Yuki who I know is here. I need to concentrate and nothing right now can distract me.

Author's POV

As all the fans shuffled their way into their seats, and the band got ready on stage, Shuichi's hands started shaking. Everyone was still too distracted to notice except Hiro, but he knew he couldn't go up to him, not when they were already on stage. All he knew was to remember to ask Shuichi what had been wrong later. And as he made the mental reminder in his head, the countdown to start the show started going off. 5.....4.....3.....2.....1.

"Presenting the one, the only, BAD LUCK!!!!" 

As they were introduced the lights came on on stage, illuminating the band and causing the fans to scream at the top of their lungs. 

Hearing all the screams, Shuichi couldn't help but smile, as his nerves started to calm down. "Moshi, Moshi. Welcome to our show, thank you for coming. It means so much to all three of us to receive all your support. We hope you enjoy the show tonight, and most importantly have FUN!!!!!!"
