Chapter 35

_Third Person Pov_

They all decided to split up by car.

Mateo was with Sage's parents and sister again, which he didn't mind.

They arrived at their destination and got out.

Jax once again popped his trunk to grab his gun. Mateo watching closely. "Have you ever used one of these?" Jax asked, Mateo shook his head.

"No. But I grew up around them." Mateo quietly said then walked away.

Jax closed his truck and walked towards the three of them.

"Ready?" He asked, they gave him a nod.

"Stay behind me." He said and led the way to the building.

The warehouse looked similar to the other one, but this one had a whole bunch of empty crates thrown around. Jax seen dried up blood in some of them. "Don't touch anything." He quietly said.

They followed him throughout a couple of rooms, each being as empty as the next.

Silvia screamed. Everyone turned to look at her. "What is it?!" Jax shouted and ran over to her, she gave a sheepish smile.

"A rat ran past my foot." She said, Jax shook his head.

"You should've stayed in the car." He said and walked ahead.

"Is someone there? Please help?!" A scream could be heard throughout the whole building.

They all looked at each other.

"Where are you?!" Jax yelled out.

"Please before he comes back!" They screamed and cried out.

"It's coming from the last room!" Mateo shouts. Jax and the rest of them run towards the last room.

The sight alone was enough to leave fear in a grown man. "Jaime, Silvia stay out of the room!" Jax shouted as he entered first.

Mateo gulped and took a peak inside. There laid a girl on a hard mattress holding a baby. The room had nothing but the bed. The floor and walls were covered in blood, and what looked to be like feces. He almost gagged. But was too distracted by the distraught girl who was currently chained up as she struggled to hold herself and her baby up. She looked pretty young, maybe 20?

Jax put his gun away.

Bruises and dirt covered her body. "It's gonna be okay, sweetheart. What's your name?" Jax gently asked. Silvia and Jaime entered the room.

Jaime couldn't hold in his tears as he imagined his son in the same way she was. He quickly wiped them away and walked towards her. "Here let me hold the baby so we can get you up." He softly said, she was hesitant.

"I promise I'm not going to harm you or the baby, love." Jaime gently spoke, she handed the naked baby to him.

"It's a boy, he's so precious." Jaime looked at the baby in awe.

Jax took his sweater off and handed it to Jaime to wrap the baby in.

"Silvia call the cops." Jax said, the girl shook her head.

"N..No please don't, they're working with him!" She cried out. Jax untied and  broke the chains that were holding her.

"What do you mean?" He asked, she looked down.

"M..My stepdad.. he didn't want me to have a baby, so he sold me to this man to get rid of my baby." She said so quiet it was almost a whisper.

"And he's an officer?" Jax asked, she gave him a nod.

"Yea.. he took me away from my mom and gave me away!" She sobbed.

"I promise, we're not going to let anything happen to you." Jax said.

"We have to go, they'll be back soon to take him!" She loudly said, Jax and Jaime nodded.

"Are you able to walk?" Jax asked, she slowly sat up with a wince.

"Silvia help me walk her to the car." Jax said, Silvia quickly went over to her and wrapped her arm around her shoulder.

"Mateo come here." Jax said.

He looked down, Mateo followed. Jax pulled his gun out. "The safety is on, click this button to take it off. I'm trusting you with this. it's not a toy, it's a dangerous weapon. Just incase." He said and gently handed the gun to Mateo. Mateo nodded and slowly took it.

Jax then wrapped the girls arm around him the same way as Silvia. "Gently lift her up." Silvia nodded at her dads words.

"Let's get you out of here." The girl nodded.

The 5 of them quickly walked back from the way they came in. As they were about to walk out a car pulled up. "Shit, do you know if there's another way out?" He quickly asked the girl, she pointed to the back.

"The door over there." She said, they nodded and quickly turned around heading for the exit.

The made it out and set her on the floor. "What if they seen the car?" Silvia whispered.

"They didn't, we got to move quickly. They're gonna realize she's gone pretty soon." The group nodded. Jax and Silvia lifted the girl back up and brought her to the car. They put her in the back and handed her the baby. Then quickly got in.

Silvia was in the middle. "Sir?" Mateo said, Jax looked behind him to see Mateo handing him the gun. He took it and put it away. They quickly sped off.

"No one else was here with you?" He asked.

"There was a few people, but they would come and go." She quietly said. Jaime and Jax shared a look.

"Where did they go?" He asked, she looked down at her baby.

"I never got to find out, but I know it wasn't good." She said, he nodded.

"How come you were the only one left?" Jaime asked.

"Because this was only my first.." she trailed off.

"First what?" He asked.

"Baby." She whispered.

"They kidnap pregnant women and wait for them to give birth, then sell the baby after. They keep forcing you to bare children until you can't anymore. They either kill the women if she's too weak, or if she has a miscarriage." She said as tears slowly fell down her cheeks.

"How long have you been there?" Silvia asked.

"I found out I was pregnant when I was two months, so I've been here for seven." She said.

"You're safe now, sweetheart." Jaime said to her, she tried to give him a smile.

"Do you know the man's name?" Jax asked.

"There's multiple men. They have doctors that get paid millions to treat us, so the baby can be healthy before it's auctioned off to some rich sick fucking asshole!" She yelled at the end, Jaime gasped.

"That's disgusting." He said with disgust in his tone.

"Yea... I'll forever be grateful for you guys though, you saved me before they could take my child." She cried, Jaime reached over and gently placed his hand on her arm.

She smiled at him through her tears. He removed his arm and looked at Jax, he could tell Jax had a million thoughts running through his mind. But so did Jaime.

"Y..You never heard anyone say the name Sage, have you?" Jax hesitantly said, she gulped.

"That name sounds familiar." She said as she tried to think.

"Yes I have! One of the men and the doctor who was taking care of me were talking about him!" She said not knowing what that meant to them.

They're so close to finding him!
