Why doesn't anyone love me?

Chapter 10

I woke up feeling something moving, I opened my eyes and saw Manik snuggling in my chest with his arms around my waist making me smile. I grabbed my phone and saw it was only 7 in the morning, so I put my phone back after taking a picture of Manik and i started caressing manik's hair.

I played there for a few hours and then I really had to shower and use the bathroom so I carefully moved manik's head off my chest and onto a pillow, he moved around a bit but settled down with monster still in his hands. He never lets go of him when he sleeps.

I showered and put on a lose flowy dress, Manik was still sleeping so I decided to make some coffee cause he will have a hangover for sure, I was making a yogurt parfait when I felt arms wrap around my waist.

"Good morning babe" he whispered in my neck, "good morning handsome, headache" I asked, "terrible headache, I don't remember anything, I didn't even drink I swear" he whispered in his low raspy voice

"It wasn't coke baby, I think they might have mixed up the drinks" I said and he nodded in my neck

"Have coffee it'll help" I said trying to turn around but his grip tightened

"Manik", "nandini" he said mimicking me

"Baby let go and have this coffee" I said, "you look gorgeous and thank you for this coffee" he said letting go of my waist and grabbing the coffee

"Thank you" he whispered and I smiled, "of course" I said and he took a bite of the yogurt parfait sitting on the counter, he fed me a few bites while I was cleaning and even let me sip on his coffee

"Umm nandini" he called after washing his dishes, "Han" I called from the living room. He walked to the living room with a glass of water and sat beside me. He chugged his water and placed a pillow on my lap like the day before and laid down

"I remember" he said and I raised my eyebrows, "I remember everything I said to you", "to me, what are you talking about" I asked

"Last night" he said and I was confused, "what do you mean, what about last night" I asked

"Me telling you that you are mine, almost kissing you, umm dancing with you, hating that human whoever he was, and you saying you feel the same way" he mumbled playing with the palm of my hand,

"Im sorry what", "jeezzzz nandu, did you drink too" he asked and I frowned

"I didnt think you would remember any of that" I confessed looking in his eyes and he giggled, "I told you na when it comes to you I remember everything" he is so cute

"Why did you drink that drink when I told you not to" I asked and his expressions changed, a frown appeared on his face,

"Do you have a boyfriend nandini" he sounded very serious, "I do" I decided to play

"Okay, umm can we still be friends" he asked with hopeful eyes making me smile, "ghochu I think you and I can never be friends" I admitted

"What nooo if you dont like me like that then that's fine but nandu ab hum friends bhi nahi hai hawww no nandini please na you can't leave me", "shut up idiot just shut up and listen" I said caressing his hair

"We can never be friends baby, you and I have something a little more than friends. I don't wanna label it yet however its way more than what friends have" I said and he processed my words and gave me a smile

"That means you and I have a chance" he looked so happy when I nodded,

"Waitttt, then who is your boyfriend" he asked, making me laugh, "I just told you that we have something so of course I dont have a boyfriend" I said as a matter of fact and he smiled
