Manik's pov

"You know its very annoying and fucked when your boyfriend leaves only leaving a voice message that sounds like you are leaving forever" she said massaging my head and I sighed tugging on the hem of her pj top

"I know, I am very very sorry Jaan, I didnt want to but I had to if I wanted to keep you out of this mess. I understand your anger and its justified but baby I didnt want you getting hurt in this I am sorry love I really am. Ill do anything to make up to you anything please forgive me" I was begging her

"Im not going to leave you, I cannot manik but you really hurt me like a lot. I couldn't sleep, eat or even breath for that matter" she said and I felt even more guilty

"Im sorry Jaan, please forgive me" I said with tears in my eyes which reflected in her eyes as tears fell on her cheeks

I wiped her tears and she wiped mine, "I hate you so much" she whispered, "you don't" I said and she nodded, "I don't I love you which is why it hurt a lot" she said wiping her nose

"It wont happen again I promise" I said entwining her fingers with mine, "ill hold you to that promise becasue if that happens I will hurt you in ways your wouldn't want, an example that is your dick off your body" she said and I cringed at that example

"Babe please I wont do it again but I really want kids so please" I said and she giggled making me smile

Its been 7 days since I have heard her giggles. I love when she smiled and giggles, it makes me so happy.

"I forgive you but you have to share what's going on and I wanna know it all no leaving details" she said and I knew this was coming

"I will tell you but before that tell me are you okay", she nodded, "as okay as I could be without you" her reply really hit me

"Will you marry me Nandini?" I asked and she giggled

"One day of course becasue you aren't going anywhere, stuck with me till our heart beats okay, get that in your head" she said and I smiled

"Jaan I mean now" I said and she looked in my eyes, her hands stopped massaging my hair

"Sure, but I don't wanna have so many rituals and all yar its so annoying getting up early and all" she said it like its no big deal

"I don know if you are being for real or not" I said and she smiled, "manik I love you and I mean it so if you want to marry me I have no issues at all, we already live together" she is amazing

"I was just making sure you wanna marry a doucebag like me" I winked at her and she laughed, "I do and I will okay now stop distracting me please and tell me whats cooking" she said and i kissed her stomach over her top

"Umm its nyonika malhotra" I said and she looked confused, "who, wait malhotra" she realized the last name

"My mother well so called mother" I said and she pecked my nose,

"Remember when we were in college and I said I had to go to the bathroom before we left" I said and she nodded

"Ya well it was my mother who texted me and said we have to talk or she'll come here. I wouldn't have cared but I don't want to put you in front of her eyes even though she probably already knows. Nandini I have never loved someone as much as I love you so I wanted to protect you so I texted her that i'll meet her. That's when I came back and told you ill meet you at home but it was not what I thought" I stopped and took a deep breath

Nandini caressed my hair and I moved my hands around her waist sliding them under her top making her shiver, "I love you" I said and she smiled, "I love you more manik" she said kissing my head

"When I got there she was ballistic, umm it wasn't what I expected or ever thought"

FLASHBACK

I walked inside the mansion and saw nyonika sitting with alia "hello my dear son" she said with her freaking annoying smirk

"What do you want" I asked

"I need you to date alia, she is perfect for you and about that business that your dad left you well im gonna need your signature on these papers" she said throwing the papers at me

"What do these papers say" I said picking them up and I read them

"Oh hell no I am not doing this, this company meant everything to dad I am not letting go of it, I am gonna get my degree and im working to make it a better company so do not expect anything from this company becasue you arent getting anything. You can have anything you want but not what dad left me" I said and she smirked scaring me a little

"Fine, have it your way, I want you to break up with nandini" she said and I felt the floor just move from beneath my feet, it felt like I was just punched in my gut to an extent where I couldn't breath

"Thats not gonna happen" I said, "well then don't be surprised if something happens to her" she said

FLASHBACK OVER

"I couldn't breath nandini I just couldn't, I had to stop and just lay on the floor for a few minutes to catch my breath but it didnt affect her, she sat there and watched me struggle to breath, she sat there laughing" I said and remembering it I couldnt breath

"Shh relax im okay, im right here so nothing happened. Breath manik please" I heard her as I closed my eyes,

Nanidni tried pulling me to her but couldn't so I moved up and hugged her shoving my face in her neck,

"You know what baby, I think its so unfortunate that she doesn't appreciate you but I swear you are the best person and I am so lucky to have you in my life, I love you a lot like the most baby, just breath everything will be okay" she whispered kissing my ear which did seem to calm me down

"Nothing will happen okay sweetie, I just need you to breath and be okay, we can deal with the rest okay" she asked and I nodded

I pulled out of her neck and pecked her lips, hollyyy fucking balls what did I do, I can't believe I just kissed her, no shishhh she is gonna hate me

"Nandini I" before I could say anything she smiled, "took you long enough", "huh" I was confused

"Shushhh and thank god, I thought you'd never end up kissing me" she said and I shook my head, "I wanted to for so long but things just never work out in my favour ever" I said being pissed

"Oh whatever who cares" she said kissing my nose as I layed back down
