The door finally opened after ringing the bell so many times for me to be greeted by Leah.

"Hey, can we talk?"

She led me up to her room and we both sat down.

"What's up?" She asked.

If only it was that easy to answer.

"Well... I don't know how you'll react to this but I saw you. I mean, I saw you today, after the play practice... with Leslie," I stated.

Her eyes widened in shock. "What do you mean you saw us? What did you see? Did you hear us talking?"

"I heard you guys arguing. Don't worry, I won't tell anyone but I mean, you definitely deserve someone who won't pretend like they don't know you..."

I felt stupid. I felt stupid for advising Leah on relationships when I had no experience in the field whatsoever. But I just felt obliged to tell her I saw them and not keep it secret.

"I know. But I like her, I really like her. I know she likes me too... but she's not ready to come out. I don't know if she ever will be."

"Well she should like you enough to stop pretending like you're a nobody. Or at least stop harassing you."

"She wasn't harassing me."

"Don't lie to yourself Lee."

"Okay fine, I'm going to talk to her. Properly. Tell her we have to end things or she comes out. I don't want to be in a relationship with someone who isn't ever going to come to terms with their sexuality and be open about it. If she doesn't want to come out, that's fine, I'll respect her for her decision but I just won't be able to be with her then."

"Yeah, that's seems fair enough. And I'm sorry for eavesdropping, I know I shouldn't have-"

"-it's fine, relax," she cut me off, with me surprised she actually took it well and didn't yell at me or hate me for eternity.

Drake and I went to to the supermarket to buy some groceries since there was practically nothing in the house for breakfast, lunch or dinner. He wouldn't have bought any food if I had moved out before buying anything. He knew absolutely nothing about cooking or food or what kind of basic food was needed in a normal kitchen, so I had to pick out everything that would be needed. All Drake did the whole time was add in useless things he liked such as chocolate and cheese. I groaned when he did and had to place it back. No matter how many times I did place the items he put in back, it always seemed to reappear when I wasn't looking. It was like taking care of a little stubborn five year old while I was a grown mother pulling my child along everywhere I went.

Somewhere behind the rows of stacked items, he held my hands, pinned me to the wall and kissed me. Honestly, I had no idea what had happened to him. He was just ignoring me a week ago and now he was being all caring and all kissing from time to time *insert eye roll*. I couldn't deny the fact that I did quite enjoy it. It was being a way too heavy distraction from all the hospital stuff.

We stood in the queue to the billing counter while Drake kept asking if we were done every two seconds even before it was our turn. Jeez, he was so impatient. When we were finally done billing and placing everything in the car, Drake started the car. He said we'd be making a short stop on the way. He stopped the car after a while for me to look out the window to see the same place we had met months ago. The arcade.

"Why'd you bring me here?" I asked.

"Just come on," he said and got out of the car, coming to my side to open my door.

"What a gentleman," I grinned.

He smiled while I climbed out. We went inside and behind the arcade to the rollercoaster. "No but seriously, why are we here?"

"I don't know. Just thought it'd be a fun place to spend today."

"I'm moving out today..."

"Yeah well, at least come and do something fun with me before you do."

I sighed.

Drake had bought a tub of popcorn that we ate as we walked around the fair. We played a couple of games starting with balloon pop which took me a million tries to pop at least one balloon with the dart. Drake managed to do much better than me, getting all the balloons without even one dart missing a balloon. I asked for the big orange fox when we claimed a stuffed toy since Drake hit all the balloons. Drake grabbed it the moment the guy gave it to us. I reached for it but he immediately raised his hand and held it high up. I jumped a couple of times, him raising his arm every single time and laughing at me struggling to reach his hand.

I groaned like a little kid and stomped my feet until Drake finally got sick of me and handed me my fox, making me laugh.

We walked over to the next stall with a game where we had to toss the bean bag into one of the holes, each one winning us a different prize based on the position of the hole. I got my bean bag into the top hole and won a black horse stuffed toy this time. I had no idea where I was going to keep these stuffed toys but either way, it felt good to have won something.

We spent quite some more time playing games and collecting prizes because I was so good at all the games. Oh who am I kidding, Drake won most of them but I did fairly decent as well.

He led me to the stand and bought tickets for the rollercoaster. He opened the car door and gestured for me to sit in. I thanked him with a curtesy and sat inside. He followed me and closed the car door. We fastened the bar above our heads as the rollercoaster started moving slowly. It started to speed up, giving me a feeling of major déjà vu. Here I was, almost afternoon, in a rollercoaster next to Drake. The same way it was around six months ago.

The rollercoaster tilted at an angle, climbing upwards as we held on to the bar to keep on to the rollercoaster. I looked at Drake. He was already looking at me, with a huge grin on his face, I smiled back, a feeling of comfort surrounding the atmosphere. We reached the top, the rollercoaster stopping for a few seconds. Then the everyone on the ride started counting down from three, Drake and I joining in as the rollercoaster went zooming down when we reached one. The wind hit my face harshly as I struggled to keep my eyes fully open.

"WOOOHOOOOOO!" Drake and I yelled together, laughing at the same time and looking at each other.

The rollercoaster took its ups and downs and looped a couple of times, with me literally trying to hold on to my head as it felt like it was going to fall off.

This moment was perfect. The thrill of the ride, the presence of Drake beside me and the wind blowing into our faces. I loved it.

He took my hand, and held it up in the air with his.

A moment I'd never forget.
