Wassup?!
So, it took me quite a lot of days to write the first chapter, but this one took lesser time. I'm hoping I become faster at writing by the end of 5 chapters. At least now I have a lot of time due to the Covid19 lockdown and I hope I can write more than planned.

Anyway, here's the next chapter...

I walked to the party and as I walked through the gate, I saw red plastic cups littered on the grass. I looked up and the house was gigantic. The house looked like a cut out from Architects Today magazine. It was beautiful. Everything was geometric and the house had large rectangular windows. The other houses looked...small and plain, most houses were like this but with this spectacular house in the middle of the neighbourhood, I couldn't help but notice it. Courtney must be really rich. I know it's an assumption that the popular kids are always rich and I decided to agree with that assumption today.

I texted Lee and Kay that I was here and to pick them up. They didn't see the message, so I decided to call them. I hung up after calling Lee 3 times and the same for Kay after calling 3 times. Geez, those girls really don't know how to pick up. I know I shouldn't be saying that as I didn't hear my phone ringing 7 times and a party must be pretty loud, so they probably wouldn't have heard.

I walked towards the door and a girl came out. She had copper hair and brown eyes. She wore a black strapless, short dress that barely came up to her thighs and gods, she had a lot of makeup on her face.

"Who are you?" She asked me and as she approached, she eyed me from top to bottom.

"Oh...I'm Sydney. I moved a few weeks ago and I'm joining Lakewood High, Senior year and I just came to pick up Leah and Kaycee."

"You must know me. I do not know why Leah and Katie over here. But, I'm to high to care so, you may go in."

Well that was an early invitation, I though to myself. Too bad I won't be partying.
