I promised an update in three days and I've published in two days. Thus was because I had already written this chapter, I just had to make a few changes here and there and the chapter was ready to go! This chapter was mainly just a filler. I'm so sorry it's shorter than usual but, I hope you read it!

"Scream-in-Beans pays," Leah told me.

It was during English class when I decided it was finally time for me to get a physically working job.

Not that I wasn't working at all. I did post articles on a blogging website every two days which paid me... Hmmm let's see... $20 a week. And very often, I would run out of blogging ideas and get distracted.

I've always wanted to work work as well as work from home. Plus, I just can't get distracted if I have a real job.

Okay okay. Who in the world wants to work?! The real reason I'm working is because with my mom being a single parent, the company she was working in was shut down. She hasn't found a job yet. I wanted to help as well. I didn't want to tell those two.

So, I was asking Leah during Chemistry about the best working places. Of course Scream-in-Beans was a nice place and the people seemed quite sweet. It was probably one option... For now.

Scream-in-Beans supposedly pays around $600 for five days working three hours each day.

It was a reasonable price but I made sure to keep my options open. It's not like I was looking for specific jobs. Right now all I needed was a job.

Basketball. I was at practice and I caught up with Kaycee.

We started jogging. It was the usual thing now. Jog, then exercise, then okay a match. It wasn't as exciting as I thought it would be before I joint basketball.

The team was pretty average. We were never going to make it past the first round of the league even if we were going. I was really hoping to participate in a competition for basketball, but oh well, I guess it won't happen.
