"Entanglement" ~A DreamXD x Reader

(V2) Chapter 25

The entire crowd fell silent. Me and DreamXD both stared at Drista in utter shock. We had no idea she had felt like this, but most of all, we had no idea why she had decided to object. Badboyhalo then decided to say something.

"So, Drista," Even he seemed confused, and he was just here to officiate the ceremony, "Is there any particular reason for why you believe they shouldn't get married?"

"Yes!" Drista's face turned into a frown, XD's little sister seemed to be very determined to make sure that this wedding didn't happen. She crossed her arms and then replied, "I find it unfair that Tommy has still broken up with me because of the creators and they still get to be happy!"

"But... The creator has been defeated?" I tried to explain to the fourteen-year-old, "You can do whatever you want now."

"Oh," Was all she said, before sitting back down again and said, "Never mind then."

Everyone burst out laughing, and we couldn't help but smile, nothing like a little bit of interference to make your wedding exciting after all. Me and XD once again stared into each other's eyes and Bad continued the ceremony, "You may now kiss the bride."

After exchanging wedding rings (Please bare me I have no idea how weddings work) it was officially over and at long last we were happily married. With none of us quite sure what to do next, I shouted, "AFTER PARTY AT MY PLACE Y'ALL!" And everyone teleported/got teleported by somebody else to DreamXD land for the party, smiling and laughing at my funny response.

...Timeskip One Hour

The after-event was raging hard; everyone had gotten a little crazy. At this point, the entire place was trashed, but nobody really cared since we could always just use our powers later to clean it all up anyway. Somehow, one way or another, hundreds of balloons were flying all over the entire grand hall, water and other various drink spills seemed to cover the entire floor, and the food we had prepared was either already eaten or just lying on the ground and splayed all over the tables. Music was blasting at the perfect volume (naturally) and everyone was having a great time. Even Esme, who usually was very quiet and well-kept, was dancing and giggling. It was nice to get out of your comfort zone sometimes you could say.

To think that just several months before me, Tommy, and Tubbo were going off on some crazy wild adventure to go and defeat the Ender Dragon, and we had all ended up here. Who knows what the future would bring at this point? Things were getting better for all of us, and things could only go up after this... right?

Glancing over to the rest of the people, I saw that Tubbo was sneakily adjusting the music to become a slow dance, cute. I walked out onto the dance floor from the snacks area and held onto DreamXD's neck as he held my waist. The music was very peaceful, and a nice change of pace from the rock music that had literally just been playing. Tommy and Drista were kind of trying to dance together, and they clearly had no idea how it worked, which was just really cute. I took a little sneak-look around the rest of the dance floor and also saw Badboyhalo and Skeppy dancing together, and I whispered to my husband, "I ship them."

He nodded his head, and we continued to dance to the song until it was over. Everyone cheered and the crowd started thinning out little by little, surely there would be no more problems from here on out?
