Milliseconds before I burned to death, I felt XD's firm grip around me. Somehow or another, he'd defeated the end in a matter of days and gotten an elytra just in time. It was one of the most powerful things that you could get on the server, and it was a true miracle.
The two of us fell onto an entangled heap on the ground, before we untangled ourselves. Graystillslays was clearly surprised and had underestimated us, but to our sheer horror he pressed the button.
Time seemed to sit still as we waited for something to happen, yet, nothing did. There was no explosion or missiles. The server was perfectly intact, that is, all but for my new friend. A dove came above our heads and dropped to pieces of identical paper, one for me, and one for XD. Four simple words were on this paper, "Dream left the server."
At first, I was left confused, but then realization sank in. Dream was dead. Gray was a server raider.
"You're a Server Raider?" Disbelief echoed from my voice, "You were the one with no name tag! I thought that they caught you-" I felt like I was hallucinating, until I suddenly was. It was as if I was going through a Nether Portal but actually ten times worse. Not only was my head pounding, but I couldn't breathe. What was happening?!?

I woke up in a strange form. My stomach was completely empty, and I felt starving. A reddish tail was behind me, and I observed my surroundings. Trees that normally would be green seemed yellow, and red roses looked almost...blue?
Gray had turned me into a fox.
Out of all the things! Why this? None of it made any sense, and my worry turned to my husband. What if he'd been turned into something worse? I shakily got up onto my four legs, my tiny paws proving to make me quite numble. The smell of the ocean drew me to it, and I spotted oysters on the shore. A few seagulls were picking them apart, and they seemed a lot bigger than normal.
I grabbed an oyster with my mouth and pried one open. It was actually quite tasty, and my belly was full. My reflection in the water wasn't very vivid, especially since I was now green and red colorblind, but I still saw my form. Just as I'd presumed, I was a fox in some sort of alternate universe. A mirage? Maybe. A misfortune? Who knows? All that mattered now was surviving, and finding my way back to DreamXD.
