You ever watch a series/read a book that you KNOW will leave you a depressed lil shit, but you read/watch it anyways because you're a dumbass and then when you finish it and go through physical, emotional and spiritual pain for about 3 months, and when you finally get your shit under control but then you suddenly have this unexplainable urge to reread/rewatch that, all the while knowing it WILL fuck you up AGAIN, but you're a dumbass, AGAIN, and you proceed to read/watch it AGAIN, AND GO THROUGH EVERY STAGE OF GRIEF, AGAIN?

You'd think I'd stay away from the book cuz of the title, bUT NO. I BOUGHT IT. AND NOW I'M SOBBING.

I want like, a friends-since-they-were-toddlers troupe with Adrienette. And then baby Mari gives him a garland sorta thingy. And then baby Adrien, dumb, smitten Adrien promises to marry her and makes her another garland.

He tries to make it like a ring but he fails. 

"I think you have butterfingers."

So he makes her a medium-sized one, hoping it'd fit her wrist. But it doesn't, it's still too big to be worn as a bracelet.

And Adrien's sad now.

But Mari then wears it as a headband and these dumb lil shits promise each other they'd stay together till the end of time like kids do.

It's been 12 years and they both remember each other. There's no bullshit masks thing. They were both kids when they fell in love and they've followed those innocent feelings to date.

Sure, Chat might have a crush on Ladybug, and Ladybug on Chat, but Adrienette stays together like how they promised they would.

And then when the reveal happens, they're just the happiest beings on earth.

That came outta nowhere, but I'm thinking after I finish Welcome Back, I'll go back to writing one-shots and this will be one of them.

Long stories just aren't my thing anymore, and updating WB these days feels like such a job. I'm going to finish that book, and take a break from long books altogether.

I'm also thinking of maybe starting to write about other fandoms, I've already started with MHA.

What do you think? Go with other fandoms, or stick with just MLB?
