"Magkita tayong muli kung saan nagtatagpo ang kalangitan at ang dalampasigan, aking Emilia."What's up with that voice? Is my name being called?

When I heard my professor's voice, my senses returned. "Uhm, Miss Tolentino, are you with us? Is everything okay?"

"Y - Yes sir."

"Alright then, please give me a brief introduction about yourself."

"I'm Ivonne Cassandra Emilia Tolentino, and I'd like to greet you all. Your future lawyer has arrived. It's been a pleasure meeting you all."

I'm Ivonne Cassandra Emilia Tolentino, as I mentioned previously. Emilia, Ivonne, or whatever you want to name me is fine. I'm a transferred student from the Province of Quezon here in Batangas.

When I first set foot in this place, many strange things happened to me. One of them is to hear the words "Let us meet where the sky meets the sea" over and over again. All of this occurred while this person was standing next to me. Lucas Kevin Salvador is his name.

Lucas and I met about a week ago. In one of our classes, we became partners. We collaborated on an art project. He's also laid-back and friendly. I assumed he was one of those men with a cold heart.

"Sigurado ka hindi ikaw 'yong tumatawag sa akin?"

"Cassandra, how many times do I have to tell you—"

"Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine. I won't ask again." I cut him off for the reason that I don't want to be called Cassandra by anyone, especially a boy.

"Cass, do you mind if we go back to the beach to watch the sunset?"

"Sure."

I wonder what's so special about sunset. He's always wanted to see this kind of view.

"Kevin, could you tell me why you always want to watch the sunset?"

"To be honest, it seems soothing. Watching the sunset reminds me of something I can't explain, like it's telling me to meet someone when the sky meets the sea."

Ang lalim naman no'n.

"Tara na Cass? Baka hinahanap ka na ni Tita. Sumasapit na rin ang dilim."

I don't know but ever since I met this guy there's something in me I can't explain that longing for this person.

"Cassandra?" I went back to my senses when I heard his voice. I saw his hand is helding towards me and waiting for me to take it.
