CHAPTER- 4
Reality* * Training grounds*
Natsu and Jellal were having their daily duel. " Natsu, you know what day it is today, right?" questioned Jellal while striking Natsu at his shin with the back of his sword.
Natsu blocked the attack while replying " Don't remind me, I am dreading the moment." Jellal laughed wholeheartedly while blocking Natsu's retaliation.
*Meanwhile*
At the other end of the ground Bixslow along with Laxus and Gajeel were tending and preparing the horses to take them to the ceremonial grounds. " I have a bad feeling about this ceremony," said Laxus.
Gajeel snickered " Why, Are you worried Natsu will do something stupid?"
" That's not it, I just get a feeling this won't be like all the other ceremonies"replied Laxus.
Bixslow intertwined " Don't worry, even if it is his first time, he is not going to make a fool of the kingdom." They both nodded while getting back to work. When they heard Gray call for them.
*At the library *
Romeo was reading his favorite book by Shakespeare " Mark and Juliet" and was enjoying himself . At that moment Gray came into the room. " Romeo, can you help me gather your brother and Jellal from the training grounds. I will call the other three."
" Sure Gray but what is this about?" said Romeo as he closed his book.
" Did you forget already? It is the ceremonial day." told Gray.
" Ah! Yes ,it slipped my mind" exclaimed Romeo. Then he bid goodbye to Gray as he went to fetch his brother and Jellal.
*Weapons Arsenal*
Gray and the others arrived before Natsu and his troops. They were looking around the weapons when Natsu and the others arrived. Natsu and Jellal were still wearing their training outfits.
" Natsu, you and Jellal better freshen up and get ready since we will have to go to the ceremonial grounds soon" advised Gray. "Plus you know how those women don't like to wait." exclaimed Gray.
" Yeah yeah we will freshen up but why did you call us here?" questioned Natsu.
" I think it has to do with the security plans during the ceremony, right? Gray" asked Gajeel.
" Yes , As a matter of fact that is why I called you out" replied Gray surprised.
" Well if that is the case don't worry that has already been taken care off by me and Jellal" said Gajeel. After discussing some other plans, they all went their separate ways to get ready.
*After some time*
The Kingdom's bell rang signaling that it was time to go.
And everyone thought together:
