Chapter 17: Going their ways

CHAPTER- 17

Simultaneously everyone attacked each other. The archive resonated with the sound of metal clashing with metal. Mira and Laxus stayed close to Wendy and Romeo as they were the least experienced in fighting.

Within 10 mins all the men in black were lying on the ground dead. Lucy wiped the blood off her face and looked around to make sure all the others were safe. She sighed out of relief and Wendy ran up to her and hugged her.

She laughed as she gave her sister a hug back. She turned to Natsu and looked at him questiongly. Natsu caught her stare and shrugged and said" I can't see defenseless people getting hurt."

Lissanna said " Well I don't care why but thank you for saving my sister." " We should get out of here in case there are back ups coming," said Jellal.

" Wait, But I think Juvia is correct. Except for the leader in the group, all the other's eyes were white as if they couldn't help but follow orders" said Lucy. Erza pondered and said " then we should be careful not to hurt innocent people anymore and find a way to get them back to normal."

" Let's split into teams and work as we are short on time," said Bixslow. " Yes....I will go with Natsu to Reality to search for more info...Lis,Bixslow, Levy and Gajeel can camp out in the tent and come here daily to search how to reverse the spell" said Lucy

" Then Juvia,Gray,Mira and Laxus can go in search of Zeref's hideout.....Wendy,Romeo,Jellal and Erza can go to Imagination to train the troops there and plan strategies in which the people won't be hurt" said Natsu.

Everyone nodded and started making their way to the entrance. Levy noticed Lucy coming at the back and asked " Are you hurt Lucy?" Everyone turned to look at Lucy. Lucy smiled grimly and removed her hand from her waist where there was a small but deep cut.

Lisanna gasped " Sis... Will you be ok?" Lucy answered "Yes....but I don't think I will be able to ride the horse to Reality."

Natsu said " Hmm...Well if you don't mind you can ride with me and Erza can take your horse back to Imagination." Lucy was hesitant but agreed to it.

They all went outside and Mira and Erza tried to help her get on Natsu's horse. Natsu walked up to them and lifted Lucy easily onto his horse. Lucy winced in pain and Natsu got on after that. Natsu softly asked" Are you ok?" Lucy looked at him and smiled warily and nodded her head.

Erza tied her horse with Lucy's horse and got on. She looked behind to make sure all the others were ready to go.

The team that was staying was given the key to the archive. Since they had opened the door there was a ledge with a physical lock to open to get in now.

The team that was going to search for the hideout were first going to the camp first to gather supplies and part their ways from there.

Everyone looked at each other and nodded their heads and went their separate ways.

Lucy and Natsu thought at the same time,
