Sleep in my lap remembering maa

Anirudh's POV:

I woke up early in the morning next day and surprised to see Bondita sleeping on floor in study room and brought her knees to her chest as a circle as if she is shievring. I am surprised to see her and thought when she came for me., I was reading book upto 11.30pm at night as far as I remember. Then did she come after midnight? After I drifted into sleep!

This girl! When I stayed in her room to guard her she hated me and shown angry on me . Now when I am showing cold shoulder and she started running after me? I shook my head and again took her into my arms and started climbing stairs.

When I reached her room kaka just came there and bent his head and looking aside. I silently took her into room and kept her on bed.

(Author's POV: Trilochan already saw in night time that Bondita came and slept in study room and felt very happy that she started worrying about Anirudh and now he is carrying her in arms. Slowly everything is coming in control. He prayed to Durga maa that bahu monthly cycles should start soon and in teenage phase - Kishorawastha she will start loving her husband)

Koyli is not in room. May be she had already woke up and is in work. He called her and asked her to make Bondita wake up and make her get ready soon. She nodded and went.

Bondita got ready, done with morning aarti and went to get ready for school. She tried to wish me but I didn't respond.

My anger got reduced but still intentionally giving her cold shoulder because her mind should get back to bondings, attachments of this world and be busy with her life.

She tried to talk to me before going to school and me before going to court. When I pretended to be rigid she started taking uthak baithak and told that she will continue doing it unless I forgive her.

Oh no! Already she had cramps and now she started doing these sit ups.

I ran to her and stopped by holding her shoulders and said it's ok I have forgiven her. She asked then why are you not talking to me.

I said : To make you understand how your words had hurt me

She held her ears and said that sorry I won't do this again.

I asked: Shotti.

She said pinching her throat: Shotti sakhababu and smiled wholeheartedly.

I brought a mirror near by and shown the glow on her face and said slowly: Look at your face Bondita, the spark in your eyes, smile on your cheeks . Ho beautiful you are! If you keep smiling you get strength to overcome any trouble in life. Don't let this smile fade away.

She is seeing her face and me one after other and seemed to be amazed by my words. Although her smile dropped but she didn't turn her expression into sadness and in thought for a while. Finally I offered my hand to shake her hand with mr and after a second she too joined my hand with a plain smile.

Later I hurried her as it's getting late and we both rushed to car. Kaka and baba seemed to be looking at us for a long time she started sit ups and we told them that we are leaving.

Kaka smiled at us happily , told us to be safe and take care and baba doesn't carry any expression on his face, just adjusting his spects.

She sat in front seat beside me and I dropped her in school and went to court as there is a case hearing.

Author's pov:

Trilochan expressed his happiness to both of them whereas Binoy got irked in his mind, thought that with these jovial talks and positive environment Bondita will give up her suicide idea and soon she may fall for Anirudh. No, it should not happen. This girl is nowhere equal to our family status.. Anirudh should marry a girl who is equal to Roy Chowdhary family status not that Bondita , I should do something to separate them.
