Anirudh's Swayamvar, Bondita's unknown pain for him

Anirudh's POV: My happiness had no limits when Bondita got rid of all her fears, pessimistic thoughts and started living happily.

After a while when I am passing through her room I saw she is looking her face in mirror and smiling and blushing.

I felt amazed , first thought to smile and tease her happily but just thought not to disturb her, let her enjoy this happiness alone and left from there smiling.

Later while doing dinner that night Baba kept a proposal that tomorrow I have to attend a business party which is organised in a bungalow of Deenpur. Bhatuk went to his friend's house for combined studies.

Actually I don't like these business parties but he insisted me that as a lawyer and as a schools founder I should not avoid these kind of parties. Bondita also encouraged me to attend and she told that she will get ready soon after coming from school and come with me. I happily said ok.

But baba cut my words and told that only I should attend this party but not Bondita. She felt hurt but hardly faked smile so that I wont get disappointed.

But I already got anger and shouted : Baba! What do you mean that Bondita should not attend the party. She will also come with me.

Bondita tried to convince me that it's her mistake to show eagerness actually she forgot to complete her portion of reading. She will be reading and asked me alone to attend party.

But I strongly said no Bondita. I know you are telling that because Baba may not like you with me. But I don't encourage these kind of partiality with anyone especially not with you.

Kaka: Anirudh beta! Shaant.

Turning to Baba, he said : Binoy! Let bahu also accompany our Anirudh. What's the big deal in it?

Baba: Da, board exams are coming for her. If she waste her time in attending parties who will study? Moreover I am introducing our Anirudh to rich business tycoons so that their interactions will be helpful to him for his law career and for his school management. Throughout the party Anirudh will be busy and Bondita will be bored sitting alone.

Moreover alcohol will be served there. Do you want our Roy Chowdhary bahu to attend such pary?

Kaka: Hey Durga maa! No, no..how can bahu attend such parties?

(Turning to Bondita he said) Bahu! You don't mind na, such parties are not suited for girls. Moreover your sasurji is telling that you will feel bored. So you stay in home. You are okay na bahu? Kaka asked with a concern towards her.

Bondita: Haa ksj! I will stay in home. I don't have any problem. (She turned towards me and said) you go sakhababu, I don't have any problem.

But I still felt hurt when baba plainly rejected her wish and how smile vanished from her cute face.

Me: Par Bondita, you can also come.. I know that you are upto date in portion. So attending one day party won't affect your studies.

Kaka: Anirudh! how can bahu come to angrezi parties that too when there is sharab. Let her be in home.

Before I say anything Bondita interrupted me and asked: what exactly is this sharab sakhababu? I heard people telling it is poison about it. Is it true?

Kaka chocked his food. Baba gave a stern look.

I said causally giving cold look to Baba: yes Bondita it is a kind of poison but people won't die soon by Taking it. Chances are there that they may get habituated to it. If continuously drunk then their health is affected, all body parts will be damaged and at last will die.
