Theres two of them?

I held my boyfriends hand tightly as anxiety ran through me, my other hand on my small four month baby bump.

"You okay?" Dream asked, instantly pulling me out of my thoughts. "Yeah, I think so, just hoping everything is okay." His thumb rubbed circles on my hand as he pulled into a parking spot.

"Everything is going to be fine, you girls are healthy, I promise." I playfully rolled my eyes at him as we walked, his arm gently resting around my shoulders as we did. "I think it's a boy." I argued, ever since I got the positive test he's been calling the baby his 'little princess' but I think it's more of his 'little prince'.

The doctor squeezed the cold jelly on my stomach while looking at the screen, pointing and explaining things to us while Dream kept his hand in mine.

"And right here are the little toes..and then..oh!" She exclaimed, causing me to panic, propping myself up a bit.

"What?!" I questioned, almost sitting straight up now. "What's going on doc?" Dream asked, concern painting his expression.

"Let me get a second opinion, everything is okay just try to relax." She said and exited the room.

"Clay." I said in a serious tone, tears threatening to fall from my eyes as they collected. He stood up over me as I laid back down, his hands cupping my face. "Everything is okay baby I promise." He cooed, calming me down as one hand went to play with my hair.

Two doctors re-entered the room as our usual pointed at the screen, whispering under her breath.

"Great news!" The other cheered with a clap of her hands, Dream sat back down. "You are correct Mrs. Jenson, you two will be welcoming not one but two little babies into the world." My jaw dropped.

"Wait wait wait, like..twins? I have..two babies in there?" I'm sure my words sounded ridiculous but I couldn't believe what she was saying.

"That's right, Y/n, a boy and a girl!" I looked at Dream, he was shocked, he caught my eyes with his and a smile formed on his lips.

"We are not announcing my pregnancy with onesies that say 'pog' and 'champ'!" I exclaimed as we entered our shared home, a giggle escaping my lips. I playfully smacked his arm as Sapnap ran into the living room, excited for updates.

"I think it's a great idea!" My boyfriend begged, throwing his keys onto the island. I turned to Sapnap and handed him the ultrasound for him to look at.

"You guys are announcing it tonight?" He asked us, I nodded my head yes. We already had it planned, Dream was going to stream tonight and I was going to make an appearance, then we would announce it. "That and the fact we're having twins." Dream stated nonchalantly as he scanned the fridge for food.

"What!? No way!" Sapnap yelled, jumping to his feet to hug me. "A boy and a girl." I finished, letting him go and grabbing the ultrasound from him, sticking it to the fridge with a magnet. Dream grabbed some take out from a restaurant we had went to last night and heated it up, sharing it with me as we all sat and talked.

"Hello hello!" Dream cheered to his chat, hyping them up. I slipped on an over sized sweatshirt of his out of frame and then took a seat next to him, with the sweatshirt on you'd never be able to tell I was four month pregnant.

"Hey everyone!" I waved my hands as I took a seat in the chair next to Dream.

Twenty minutes went by as we chatted and answered questions and decided now was the time. Earlier we had ran to the store and got everything we needed before the stream.

"So as you all know me and Y/n have been together for three years as of today!" Dream shouted and kissed my cheek, holding my hand on my lap for comfort. "And we have a huge announcement!" I added, watching the chat go crazy, some of them even guessing correctly. Dream gave me the 'do it now' eyes and I stood up, lifting the sweatshirt to show my belly as he placed a hand on it.

"I'm four months pregnant! And there's more!" I giggled as Dreams lips attacked my stomach, leaving little kisses everywhere. Playfully pushing him away I gestured for him to grab the onsie from his lap.

He held it up to the camera, reading it, "Buy one baby." It had a bar code on it.

"Get one free!" I yelled, holding the other up for the camera to see, they had matching bar codes.

The chat was going absolutely crazy.

"Y/n wouldn't let me get little outfits that said pog and champ so this is the next best." Dream joked.

"I've heard Nick is a great name for a boy, super popular." Sapnap said as we all sat together watching movies as the sun went down behind the TV. I chuckled, Dream and I were sitting on the couch as I laid between his legs, his hands resting on my stomach.

"One thousand tier one subs and I'll do it." I joked with him, figuring he wouldn't. That was until he spoke again.

"Your next stream, a thousand tier one subs and you name your baby Nick?" He asked, almost surprised I was agreeing. I nodded my head yes while shoving my mouth full of chips. "Deal." We kept watching the movie, almost dozing off.

"How much to name the girl Georgina?"
