"Alright guys! Today I'll be playing Outlast so this is your warning, this game is graphic!" I announce to chat as I sat in my chair, tapping my feet on the ground and making sure I was comfortable. For my own enjoyment I waited for nightfall to begin playing, it is just a game, right?

My eyes scanned the chat, watching as they all excitedly typed.

I've been waiting for you to play this!

Where's Dream?

Face cam?

"I'll be keeping my face cam off, I don't want you guys clipping my screams." I chuckled, loading into the game, "here goes nothing."

>>>>>

"AHH!" My throat was beginning to hurt from all my screaming. Holding the shift key I began running down the hall away from a big scary guy, "who the hell made this game so scary!"

I ran into a room, seeing a vent I jumped onto the table, then climbed into the vent, "go! go! goooo!!" My anxiety levels were sky high.

I heard two soft knocks on the door and paused my game, "can I come in?"

"Yeah!" I spun in my chair and watched as Dream entered the dark room, only being lit by my monitor.

"You sounded scared." He stated the obvious, I was now sitting criss-cross on my chair so the monsters didn't get my feet. (literally what I'd do). With my stuffed animal on my lap, it was a green dinosaur Dream had gotten me for my birthday.

"Mr. Walter isn't helping I see." He joked, taking the dinosaur off my lap and throwing it onto our shared bed. I gave him a sad pout and shook my head no, this game is genuinely the scariest game I've ever played. "Scaredy cat, it's just a game."

"Then you play." I argued, scooting my chair back and letting him know the game was all his.

"Oh no, you're playing." Dream said, smiling at me. He motioned for me to stand up and I listened, he then sat in my chair and pulled me onto his lap, holding me tightly around the waist. "I'll be here to protect you from the scary monsters."

I pretended to be offended and smacked his arm, only for him to laugh at my childish behavior. I unpaused the game and saw the chat going crazy.

Dream!!!

You guys are so cute!!

Let Dream play!

"They want you to play." I stated, pointing at the screen as the chat flew at an incredibly fast pace.

"Fine, let the master show you how's its done."

>>>>>>

"AHH!! Y/n get it away from me!! Nooo!!" Dream shouted in my ear as he was killed...again. I took the controls over as he hid behind my back to avoid the screen.

"Alright guys, after two hours of playing and ten combined deaths I think this is a good spot to call it a night." I announced, looking at the chat once again to see everyone spamming no. A laugh escaped my lips as Dream pulled me back so I was almost hanging off the chair and he buried his head into my chest.

"I'm sorry guys! I'll stream it again Thursday, byeee!!" I ended the stream and ruffled Dreams hair as he continued to cuddle into me.

"Who's the scaredy cat now?" I asked. My words made him look up at me, a devious look in his eyes.

"Ya wanna know what monster is real?" He asked, smirking at me, "monsters aren't real, idiot." I scoffed.

"The tickle monster is." My eyes widened and I tried jumping off his lap, only for him to pull me back down and begin tickling my sides which sent me into a fit of laughter.

"D-dream stop!" I shouted, as I was freed from his grasp I fell onto the floor and jumped onto the bed, hiding under the comforter for safety.

"Wanna know what else is real?" He asked, climbing over top of me and hovering, "what?"

"My unconditional love for you." I smiled as he leaned down and placed a sweet kiss on my lips, his body fell next to me and pulled me into his chest. A few moments of silence later our bedroom door was abruptly opened.

"Let's play phasmophobia!" Sapnap yelled excitedly, he must have just gotten home.

"No way!" Me and Dream denied in unison, looking at eachother and giggling.

"You guys are babies." Sapnap scoffed, leaving the room to do his own stream. If only he knew we had just endured one of the scariest games both of us have played.

"Hey, Dream?"

"Hmm?"

"Can we, uh, sleep with the tv on?" He looked over at me, nodding his head yes quickly before grabbing the remote and turning something random on Netflix. As he spun to face me I cuddled back into his chest, drifting into a peaceful state of unconsciousness.
