"Mitch, can you grab my drink please?" I asked from the hot tub, not wanting to get out even if it means I'd die in here. A group of us decided to rent out a cabin for the weekend as a congrats to ourselves for graduating high school.

"Yeah!" He shouted back from inside the cabin, the sliding glass door being open so we can all come and go. Slipping back into the water next to Sarah I felt my drink be placed into my hand, making sure to give Mitch my extra flirty smile.

As he walked away I felt someone nudge my food under the water, Dream, "So, he ask you out yet?"

Rolling my eyes I sipped my drink and sat it on the table beside the hot tub, "Has everyone decided on what college they're going to?" I changed the subject.

"Screw college, we just graduated. Enjoy it before adulthood kicks our asses." Sapnap laughed as he let himself relax.

"Y/n's got a point, might as well get a jump start before adulthood kicks our asses." Alexis agreed with me, playfully nudging Sapnaps arm for her to slip under, resting her head on his chest. I envied their relationship, they've been together since freshman year and haven't stopped loving each other since.

"I've got my life all figured out." Dream smiled at me, giving me an all knowing look. Him and I were really close beginning of high school, then we drifted when Mitch and I started going on and off.

"Of course you do." Sarah winked at him. Although I knew it shouldn't bother me it did, the way she always found ways to flirt with him no matter where we were or what we were doing. As my eyes switched from looking at Sarah to Dream I mentally cursed when I realized he caught onto the look I was giving her.

"Deep down Y/n does too." Dream commented. I looked down before I could meet his eyes again and smiled when Mitch got into the water between us, "Y/n does what?" He asked, a bit behind on the conversation.

"We're talking about life after high school, apparently Y/n and Dream have their lives all figured out." Alexis giggled, almost in amazement at her own comment.

"Oh yeah, that video game thing, right?" Mitch asked with a smile, placing his arm around my shoulder and pulling me into him.

"Video game thing?" Dream scoffed, not impressed with his answer.

"Yeah, the uh, what's it called? Babe?" Mitch gestured to me, rubbing his fingers on my shoulder I tensed. He's never called me that before and I can't help but to wonder if it's Dreams presence that cause the sweet nickname to fall from his lips.

"Twitch." I reminded. Awkwardly sending a smile in their direction.

"She's got tons of followers—"

"Three million, four hundred thousand last time we checked, right Y/n?" Dream cut Mitch off. Here we go again, the infamous alpha male competition between those two. It was exhausting if I'm being honest.

"I'm going to bed." I groaned, propping myself up and out of the hot tub as I grabbed my towel, wrapping it around my body and entering the cabin. Ignoring the yells of good nights I walked into my room and changed into pajamas, ready for this day to end so we could all go home tomorrow.

When I re-entered the living room my nose was met with the sweet smell of food. Following it I saw Dream over the stove, cooking away like he loves to do. "Whatcha making?" I asked, leaning my shoulder against the doorframe, taking genuine interest in whatever was in that pan.

"Are you actually serious about Mitch?" He asked. I groaned and pushed my fingers through my hair. All I wanted was whatever food he was making, not a game of twenty-one questions.
