34. Pierce my Chest

Jimin's POV

"You guys have got to get a grip. If you don't get it together and stop fighting, ultimately they're going to find out about your relationships with y/n and they will fire her and force her to go back. Is that what you want?"

We were sitting in one of the dressing rooms at the venue after the show. All night, Jungkook kept trying to provoke me to the point I had to just step away from him and stay at the opposite side of the stage when we weren't doing choreo. I hope the fans didn't think too much about it but otherwise, I probably would have killed him in front of a live audience. Namjoon had enough and the 7 of us sat in the room while he scolded Jungkook and I and the other 4 watched.

"I don't give a damn what happens to her." says Jungkook.

"Oh shut up. Yes you do. You're upset and brooding now but once it passes and, if that does happen, you're going to feel like an absolute asshole for ruining her chances at a better career down the road." says Jin. He was visibly irritated as well as Hobi and Yoongi.

"I care about her, too, guys. And I care about both of you but this has got to stop. Whatever she does, going forward, is none of our business." says Hobi sternly. He's usually not the serious type but I can see how frustrated he is too. I messed up a lot of the choreo trying to avoid Jungkook's harsh movements threatening to hit me and I just know how upset Hobi must be about the performance not going as planned. He turns to Jungkook, a serious expression on his face and speaks to him firmly. "Whatever Y/N does, going forward, is none of our business." he repeats. "If she chooses to pursue a relationship with Jimin, you can't get involved. If she chooses to date outside of here, you can't get involved. And if she chooses to not do anything, you can't get involved. Leave her be and let her make her own choices without you or Jimin influencing her. It's her life, you can't get upset with the choices she makes. I know it hurts, Jungkook. But you went into this relationship knowing she would ultimately choose Jimin over you. You told me this before, that you were worried about it all. In the back of your mind, you had to know this could be a possibility. I told you I had your back and I still do but you also have to respect her wishes. No one's perfect, Jungkook. Just because she's not in love with you or loves you differently than you love her, doesn't mean she doesn't love you at all. Don't be so hard on her. She's being really hard on herself as it is. She made a mistake and she knows it and you can tell it's killing her inside."

"It's so easy for you to say that because you're not the one going through it. Why do I always have to be the bigger person?" scoffs Jungkook. He clearly isn't having any of this right now. Honestly, the last thing I wanted was to be here too but it's not like I can just walk away.

"Because Y/N apologized to you and because Jimin's been trying. All day." Namjoon snaps.

"Jimin is the reason we're in this mess. If he had just stayed away from my girl, we wouldn't be here right now."

"Technically, she was mine before she was yours." I retorted. I'm so tired of his bullshit.

"No, she wasn't. I slept with her first. The first weekend she spent in Seoul, she was with me." he smirks. Stupid little shit.

"So you mean to tell me, the day you were late for the shoot it was because–." started Yoongi.

"I overslept because I was out all night. I took her to a club and we drank then we came back to her place and had sex. All night." he's looking directly at me, not breaking eye contact but I refuse to let him win.

"And, if I remember correctly, she followed that by telling you to fuck off and leave her alone and then started fucking me. And then she caught feelings for me and wanted to be with me. Just because you made it to her bed first, doesn't mean she was yours first. I win in that sense because she had feelings for me first and still does."
