(Okay, yeah. I'm not creative so, it's just going to be numbers from now on.)

What was I thinking? I try to reach up to my mouth to close it, but I can't move. I'm too stunned. What was I thinking?!

I was so upset when we were partners, so why did I say yes?

"Really?" Braydon is as shocked as I am. "I thought you would say no. But, then I thought, 'Well, it's worth a shot' an-"

I cut him off. "Apparently I said yes, so, yes really." Why do I keep saying these things?! Stop! I order myself. It doesn't work.

"Cool, girlfriend," he emphasizes girlfriend. I guess it wont be so bad. I kinda like the sound of girlfriend.

When we finish, he kisses me good-bye and lets himself out. Okay, I think. He is a good kisser, too.

I knock on the Norman's door, and Jace answers. I have to tell someone. Not my mom, obviously. Jace was the first person to come to mind.

"Hey," he says when he sees me.

"Hi." I wave a little wave.

"Come in." Jace leads me up to his room. I have only been in his house once, and I was in the living room. We go down the steps and into the basement. He has a whole bunch of Henry Danger posters hanging up. I giggle because all of them have Henry in them. I look around. I'm only in one. Or should I say, Bianca is only in one. His room is painted green with a white ceiling. He has white, carpeted floors. He sits down on his bed, which has grey covers and white pillows. "What's up?"

"Um...Where do I begin?" I ask. I sit sown, too. He scrunches his eyebrows, confused, and tilts his head to the side like a puppy. "I guess I'll start from after you left." I tell him, in detail, about what happened when Braydon and I were working on the project. "So, now I'm his girlfriend," I finish.

"Wow," Jace answers. His lack of reaction surprises me. Then, I look down and see he's forming a fist. I start scooting away. He looks down at his fist, too. "Oh."

"Yeah." I say in a little kid voice. "Let's not do that. Violence is not nice."

"It's not supposed to be," he replies in a kid voice, too. He smiles and I do, too.

"Why are you mad?" I ask suddenly serious.

"I don't know. I thought you didn't like him." He looks up at me.

"Neither did I," I whisper. I didn't think he heard me.

"Then, why did you say yes?"

"I don't know. Maybe I was desperate. Maybe I wanted something else to happen for a change."

"Thanks," he says sarcastically.

"No!" I say. "You're very interesting. Just..." I trail off. I don't know how to explain myself.

The door bursts open and in steps Xander, Jace's brother. "Hey. Can you walk the dog? I'm going to the mall with Jack." He asks Jace. Then, he realizes I'm there. "Oh! Hi Rosetta."

I wave and Jace answers. "I guess." He turns to me. "You want to go on a walk with me?"

"Sure." We all get up and go upstairs into the living room. Jace gets the leash and Xander get's his jacket.

"Thanks little bro. You're the best."

"Yeah, yeah. Get out of here."

"Ouch." He grabs his heart and stumbles back out the door, smiling. I giggle a little. I wish I had a brother or sister. Jace is lucky. He has both.
