He is no one but your father. You kept it away from everyone because you didn't like the special attention like back in school days. But seeing how excited they are, you felt sad.
You didn't know he's gonna come to your university. Of course he knows where you study but he never visited for all the three years.
The boys grab your hand and went to the stage where Jungkook and your father having a conversation with the principal. The competition was over and most of the audience had gone.
"Mr Lee these are my friends from music department" Jungkook said.
Lee Hyuk aka your father turned his gaze toward you guys.
The boys had a little conversation but your father's attention was held only on Jungkook. After about another 10 minutes, he turned his gaze to you
"Y/n how's your studies going?" He asked leaving others shocked.
"You know each other?" Hoseok asked out of nowhere.
"Sort of" you said giving a sheepish smile.
"Studies going well um.." you said, for which your father understood the uneasiness in your tone.
"I'll see you later Jungkook" Mr Lee said. "Sure Mr Lee" Jungkook said.
You and your father came out of the auditorium, and had a little chat, more like an argument. You didn't want anyone to know about your family background, because people might use you to gain fame. And you think the last time you got the chance to have real friends for being you was kinda ruined now.
"What's so bad about being a Lee?"
"Nothings bad, I just don't want anyone to know"
"Your friends won't know unless you tell them"
"But they will be suspicious now,.... And mad as well for hiding my identity, I don't wanna lose my friends dad. What should I do?" You cried
"If you think they're real friends, then it doesn't matter where you came from, they'll like you for who you are. If you wanna tell them go ahead, if you want more time then they'll understand"
"I hope they will"
"Now stop worrying, be a good daughter and go celebrate with your friends"
"I'll come home next weekend dad" saying that you gave your dad a hug.
You made your way back to the auditorium to meet your friends and Jungkook.
You all went out to celebrate his victory.
