Chapter (30)

You kept on staring at the stag for awhile before speaking once more.

"So Uhm..stag you can understand me right?" You shuffled slightly uncomfortable with such a large animal so close to you even if it seemed relaxed. The stag nodded before nudging at you hand again, this time you pet the stags head and it grunted happily from the contact, making you jump slightly at the sudden noise. This seemed to make the stag let out a huff of a laugh which calmed you nerves after the stag backed up a bit before gently bending its slim legs into a laying position.

When you were ready you came closer to the stag and sat besides it in the best calm manner you could muster up at the moment. You had begun to speak to the stag again and you spoke to it for a couple of hours asking it question in which it did it's best to reply to.

You found out in those hours that
-the stag is capable of walking on water as if it were grass
-the stag was created by the magic that resided inside of you now
-the stag was basically a well trained pet, it followed any order given
-the stag would let you ride it and it was more than happy to help you find blue
-you named the stag timber
-the stag would be able to locate you by finding the magic essence that you apparently would release
-since every magical creature had magic essence timber would be able to use that to find blue since he could sense magic

After a couple of long hours you had everything you needed to know about timber down pact and the two of you were ready to try and find blue.

Before the two of you set off you grabbed a small woven basket and some strong bark off of a tree and tied the basket to the bark and the bark to Timbers hide. You soon gathered some food and filtered water to take on the journey and placed it into the basket you'd set on top of timber.

You made sure you had everything you needed
-food? Check
-drinkable water? Check
-jacket? Check

You thought about anything else you'd need but decided against it as you likely wouldn't have enough room to do so, you checked with TK if they wanted to come with you but he shook his head no and you shrugged, he was safe here and he seemed to be taking care of themselves so obviously they would be able to take care of them self.

You walked back to where timber was patiently waiting and strode up to him and jumped on top of his back.

"Alright timber you can start going now!" You yelled over the crashing waves that thumped against the shore, timber gingerly ran away from the island, to be honest it was weird to be able to run on top of water especially on top of a sparkly deer but you shrugged it off, can't say it was weird when you're dating a literal shark man.

You leaned forwards and wrapped your arms around the stags neck to avoid slipping off with how fast the stag was running once it caught the slighted magical essence scent, with this rate you'd found him in no time, if it weren't for one tiny problem, the people must've thrown out a dead mershark because timber bolted towards the scent that would've been days old at this point, the dead body floated as the examined it.

It looked like a woman and she also had pale skin like blues, even her even the sanded scales looked like blue

"Who was she."
