"They're locking up the building now."

Clint's voice echoed around the car that Rebecca and Addison sat crouched in, hiding below the dashboard from inquisitive eyes. A mafia member looks over their shoulder at all times to make sure that they weren't being followed. That's why Addison was relying fully on the shadows to hide them. Rebecca was leaned all the way back in her chair, the moonlight seeping into the modified Mercedes, both girls taking it at Bucky's insistence. "Let us know when it's clear, cut the camera's before we leave. We'll only have ten minutes before Peter comes back." Addison explained, running her fingers through her hair.

"Yes ma'am, shall I update Mr. Barnes?"

"Yes, let him know he has nothing to worry about."

"Yes ma'am."

"My brother really cares about you ya know, that's why he worries." Rebecca's voice was soft, gently delivering the words to Addison, as if she was made of glass. "I know, and I love him dearly." Addison replied, braiding a strand of her hair. It was hard for Addison to talk about her feelings, especially with someone as close to her as Rebecca. Everyone who got close to her was eventually ripped away. "He protects you because he doesn't want you to end up like mom, well like Winnifred."

Addison's heart stopped at the mention of their mothers name, her head turning to see Rebecca gazing at her. "He doesn't talk about her much."

"He watched her die, well, he watched her get shot," Rebecca whispered, playing with her engagement ring, avoiding Addison's gaze. "He waited until the coast was clear then carried me to our fathers armored car, we hid there for six hours." Rebecca's voice cracked, Addison immediately reaching over to lace their fingers together, squeezing her hand tightly. "The only reason he's in this world is so he can protect others from losing a mother, or a sister." Rebecca spoke softly, running her thumb over Addison's knuckles.

"And I'm glad he's doing this, but I can handle myself as can you. He's learning to accept that."

"Parker's gone, if you're gonna move, nows the time." Clint's voice came through the walkie.

"Cut the line to the camera in twenty seconds." Rebecca spoke into the microphone, while Addison climbed out of the car, opening up the trunk to pull out the containers of gasoline and lighter fluid. Their plan wasn't perfect, but no plan ever was. With Rebecca's drawing, Addison was able to come up with a way to burn the building from the inside out. A river to the south of the building would allow them to escape with little to no hesitation. "Hey," Rebecca stated, rounding the car to help lift some of the items, "you ready to put an end to all this?"

Addison smiled, tucking some matches into her pocket before lifting a can of gas, nodding towards her sister in law,

"More than you could ever imagine."

Bucky and Steve walked down the hallway of the senate building with purpose.

The shoes echoed with each step, both men moving in stride with each other, exuding nothing but confidence. The city lights casted in through the windows, shimmering on their faces before the stopped at a door, hearing murmuring from behind. Steve looked over at Bucky, a smirk on his face while he nodded, both raising their right foot and kicking the door off its hinges. A shriek filling their ears as Bucky pulled out his gun, aiming it for Senator Conrad, ignoring the woman to his right. "Senator Conrad, just the man I was looking for."
