Blinded by his anger and desire to kill Honest, (Y/N) had carelessly put himself between a rock and a hard place.

Revolutionary Soldier: There you are!

Dozens of soldiers from the Revolutionary Army surrounded and circled around him. No big deal. He's been in this situation countless times. Still, it didn't make it any less annoying.

Revolutionary Soldier 2: So this is the face of the Black Heart of The Empire...

Revolutionary Soldier 3: If you're dead, the good people of this nation can rest easy knowing a monster like you isn't around anymore.

(Y/N): Well then... I'm sorry for what's about to happen.

Silently, he murdered all of the soldiers surrounding him within a minute. None of the soldiers ever had a chance.

(Y/N): I didn't want to kill any of you, but you can't expect me to lie down when you threaten to take my life.

Following the small delay, he continued his search for Honest.

He looked through every part of the Capital, yet the large man continued to elude him.

(Y/N): <Damn that pig... What shortcut is he taking?>

Even with the death of the Emperor, the Revolution could not be complete if the man who started this entire war was not slain. Should he be able to get away, there is a good chance he never pays the consequences.

Thankfully, (Y/N) knew every part of the Capital like the back of his hand. His enhanced senses also aid in tracking down the Prime Minister. Realistically, he didn't need to be in a rush to find him. But his patience had run out. He had waited years for this day. He didn't want to wait anymore.

(Y/N): ...

But as always, there was more than one obstacle in his way.

And that obstacle was a giant wall of ice.

(Y/N): <... Why do I have a bad feeling about this?>

A tingling sensation went through his entire body. The frosty wind wasn't helping matters and with every step he took, an uneasy feeling settled in his stomach. Fear wouldn't be the correct term to describe how he felt at this moment. On edge or disturbed would be more accurate. Still...

(Y/N): <I don't understand why I feel->

Bodies. Hundreds of dead bodies littered the ground. But despite the mass of corpses, there was minimal blood.

(Y/N): <What the hell...?>

The majority of the dead were completely encased in ice.

(Y/N): <... Where is she?>

???: You were right.

(Y/N): Huh?

???: You weren't our biggest enemy after all. It was her.

Najenda, who had been on the scene for some time now, look at him apologetically.

(Y/N) didn't respond as he scanned the ice wall in front of him. There were even more bodies within the frozen prison from both armies.

(Y/N): How did this happen?

Najenda: ... *Sigh* Long story short, she wants to start another war.

Now he knew why he had felt awful before.

(Y/N): Goddamn it...

Najenda: I can't believe I was so foolish before...

Ignoring her comment, (Y/N) walked within an arm's reach away from the ice.
