Chelsea: <He's... dead?>
Since she found it difficult to keep up with both fights at the same time and Tatsumi was focused on Mine, Chelsea decided to watch (Y/N) and Leone. She did so in complete silence, worried for the well-being of her teammate. As the turntable- I mean tables turned and the fight began to even out once the blonde used her Trump Card, Chelsea found herself worrying about her "enemy". And once he was crushed under the falling cement...
Chelsea: <No... That's not right. He's still alive. He has to.>
The scene wasn't right to her. There's no way he died from that. It didn't make sense to her as to why he would just stand there under hundreds of pounds of falling debris. He was too strong to die from something so... simple.
Something didn't add up. As much as she wanted to investigate, her current predicament left her unable to do so, strapped to a crucifix. All Chelsea was able to wonder as she turned her attention to the other fight that hadn't stopped to bear witness the moment.
Budo had continued to overwhelm a weakened Mine, who still was unable to do much to combat the raw power of Andramelech. Despite this, she held steady in the struggle while taking beatings from being thrown into the coliseum's walls over and over.
Tatsumi: Mine...!
Mine: Don't worry, I'm fine...
She said this unconvincingly as she winced and coughed. Budo floated in the sky(somehow) in the middle of the colosseum, lightning crackled as the sky began to rumble. He was ready to use the full power of Andramelech to put Mine down for good.
Budo: Out of mercy, I shall put you out of your misery!
Mine: I don't need your mercy.
She defiantly raised Pumpkin at the storm above her.
Mine: Everyone one of us is going to walk out of here alive! I'm not losing anyone else I care about! I swear it!
This was the last resort for both. This final shot would end it all.
Budo: SAY GOODBYE!
A solid ball of lightning came crashing down into the arena and right at Mine.
Mine: <Please, Pumpkin...>
With the danger ever so eminent than before, this shot from Pumpkin would be fatal. And while the thundering might of Andramelech's Trump Card was certainly impressive, the danger it possessed had made Pumpkin too strong and after an eternal struggle, the later Imperial Arms was able to win.
Mine: YOU CAN'T KILL ME! AAAH!
Budo: What?!
To his surprise, Pumpkin was able to overwhelm Budo's Trump Card. He was shortly engulfed by a giant beam that left him howling in pain.
The Great General Budo, known as one of the mightiest soldiers the Empire had to offer, was crashing down to Earth at an astonishing speed with no signs of stopping. And once he did, the thud that came with it shook the ground.
The Empire's Great General had fallen in battle by the hands of a Night Raid assassin.
While spent physically, Mine was able to crack a smile before she began to descend to the bottom of the colosseum.
Tatsumi: MINE!
Akame: Tatsumi!
In another show of convenient timing, Akame and Lubbock had shown up in the knick of time to free Tatsumi and Chelsea from their respective crucifixes. The former was thrown the key to Incursio as he quickly transformed and dived after an unconscious Mine as quickly as he could. He was able to catch her, but she was already passed out.
