You headed to the avenger's tower for work one morning. You were a biomedical scientist and had been recently assigned to work with Bruce Banner.

It felt like a dream. You had always looked up to Bruce. His work was extraordinary.

You made it to the tower and headed up the stairs. You reached the door just as a man was leaving. He was quite handsome, if you must admit.

The man held the door open for you with a small smile.

"Thank you." You said.

The man nodded and walked off, shoving his hands in his pockets. You headed inside and pressed the button for the elevator. You waited for the doors to open, then stepped inside.

You pressed the button for the lab floor and leaned against the wall. You looked through your bag to make sure you had everything. For once, you remembered everything.

The doors opened and you stepped out. You walked through the corridor to Bruce's lab. You walked through the door and smiled to Bruce.

"Good morning. How are you doing?" He asked.

"Morning! I'm doing well, how are you?" You asked.

"Good, I'm good. So, today I'm gonna have you examine this strain I discovered last night." Bruce said.

You nodded and set your bag at your station. Bruce opened up the hologram and transferred the strain to your screen. You tapped on the hologram and zoomed in.

"Interesting." You said.

Bruce handed you a mug of coffee.

"Thank you." You said.

You took a sip of the coffee and set it on the table.

You tapped on the hologram again and broke down the components of the strain.

"Well, as you probably already know, it's mostly compromised of vibrainium." You said.

Bruce nodded.

"But, it looks like there's some components of an unidentified element. I'll have to look more to see what we're working with." You said, closely examining the element.

After a few hours of working, Bruce tapped your shoulder.

"Hey, it's six." He said.

You nodded and packed up your things.

"Want to stay for dinner with the team?" Bruce asked.

"Oh, they wouldn't mind?" You asked.

Bruce shook his head.

"Then, sure. Thanks." You said.

Bruce smiled and motioned you to follow him. You walked towards the elevator with him and stepped inside. Bruce pressed a button and the elevator moved up.

When the elevator stopped moving, Bruce stepped off. You followed him out, down the hall. You walked into a large living space and kitchen. The team was scattered around the room.

"Guys, this is y/n. My apprentice. She'll be staying for dinner." Bruce said.

The team turned their heads and greeted you. You spotted the gorgeous man you had seen earlier. Bruce noticed your gaze and nodded to you.

"That's Bucky." He said.

You nodded.

"I've never seen him here before." You said.
