*sorry for no updates, going to try and be more consistent in the future. anyway thanks for reading my story so far*

I never imagined that I'd be the sort of girl who'd go to college and befriend a bunch of scary, tough fighters. But here I am, sat around the table, laughing and chatting with them all.
It was so called 'game night' at the girls apartment and the whole gang was here, minus Knox and Lars of course. God forbid they spend any time with their friends.
Anyway, I digress, it's nice being with them all again. It's felt like ages since we last spent quality time together and secretly, I'm glad Lars wasn't here, I'm having thoughts and feelings I shouldn't be having about him. It's a nice break.
I'm rudley pulled out of my thoughts from Anna screaming "bingo!"
"Haha fuckers" she rubbed in, collecting all the cash from the middle of the table.
We added our own little twist to the game.
"She always wins!" Cooper grumbled.
"Yeah, you're definitely a cheat Anna." Axel stated.
Yousef shook his head, laughing at them being sore losers. Whereas Alexa was preoccupied sucking face with Genesis.
"Can we play monopoly now? I'm actually good at that game." I pleaded.
"How can you be bad at bingo?!" Anna exclaimed.
I sent her a glare whilst Axel went to find the monopoly.
"Who wants to be the banker?" Yousef asked.
"Me! Me! Me!" Anna screamed.
"No! Me!" Cooper chimed in.
"No! You're always the banker!" Anna argued.
This is how the rest of the night went, Anna and Cooper being way too competitive and the rest of us laughing at them.

A couple days after games night me and Lars had once again arranged to work on our project. I could only hope that nothing got in the way this time, and by that I mean he better not stand me up again.
I put on one of my favourite dresses, it was brown with pink, purple and cream flowers and down the center, small cream buttons rested. I chucked on my oversized cream and cardigan and socks with confetti on that said "You're one in a million" and of course my trusty vans.
Once I was ready I took the bus into town and made my way towards the coffee shop we agreed to meet at.
It was one I found whilst I was on my search to find Lars, it was a really cute place. It looked super warm and cosy when I walked past, so I knew I had to return and now I had the perfect reason to.
But before I reached the street that the said coffee shop was on, my stomach sank.
Someone who I never ever wanted to see again was stood there, looking as if they were waiting for me.
"You thought you got away with what happened last time, didn't you slut?" The voice said menacingly.
I trembled, looking into the eyes of Scott, the star of my nightmares. Except this time I wasn't safe in my bed with the ability to make him disappear.
"If I were you I'd run" he warned.
And so I did.
I turned around and sprinted as fast as I could, not wanting to know what would happen if Scott got his hands on me.
Lars would have to wait, I suppose it serves him right.
I raced through the streets dodging the people milling about. A lot of them stopped to give me dirty looks. Couldn't they see I was in danger here.
I gave into my thoughts and looked over my shoulder to see how far away Scott was.
And he wasn't far at all. He was practically breathing down my neck.
I picked up the pace, trying not to trip over my own feet.
When I thought I had lost him, I turned the corner and backed up against a wall trying to catch my breath.
I was so out of breath I was sure I was going to pass out, which wasn't good.
What also wasn't good, was how I had no idea where I was and that Scott was still out there.
I really hoped he doesn't find me.
"You never were good at running, were you?" Spoke too soon.
I took a deep breath, "what do you want from me."
He chuckled and stalked towards me.
"You never were good at running."
Anxiety floods my veins, not prepared for what's to come.
He comes closer, "not very wise of you to try and hide in a deserted alleyway." He picks up a strand of my hair "you're exactly where I wanted you."
I started to visibly shake.
"It really turns me on how scared you get."
Scott looks left and right before swinging at my face.
My head slammed against the wall but I had no time to recover before I was falling to the floor from a kick to the stomach.
My ears were ringing so Scott's voice was muffled as he taunted me.
I gained some strength and I managed to pull myself from the floor.
Scott wasn't expecting me to get up from the floor, so I had a slight advantage and I used that to kick him in the balls.
He fell to the floor, groaning so I took this chance and ran.
I ran further and further away from the town hoping to lose Scott long enough to collect my bearings and get home.
But once again, I wasn't so lucky.
I slammed into a large body.
Their hands gripped onto my shoulders to keep me from falling.
I looked up and noticed the unimpressed look on the mans face.
"Knox?"

"I thought you were with Lars today?" He questioned.
He took me to the gym I was at a few nights ago. He was currently cleaning up my injuries and thankfully he didn't ask how I got them, he didn't say much, besides the question he just asked me and I'm just now remembering I've yet to answer.
"That didn't exactly go to plan" I nervously chuckled.
"What do you want me to tell Lars?"
"Nothing! Are you crazy?" I shrieked, causing me to wince due to the gash on my cheek. I was also sporting a bruise around that area along with a massive purple bruise on my ribs. The last one had only just gone away.
"You expect me to act oblivious when he talks about you not showing up, when really I've been with his girl the whole time." He deadpanned.
"Don't be so ridiculous" I scoffed.
"Oh look he's already messaged me about you not turing up."
"Well you can tell him that it serves him right."
"Actually you can tell him, he's about 10 minutes away" Knox said smugly.
"You're joking."
"Nope" he smiled.
"Just as I was starting to like you."
I hopped down from the makeshift hospital bed (not without difficulty) and made my way towards the door.
I turned towards Knox, "you can tell him that he just missed me." I smugly smiled at him.
"Looks like I came just in time then." A voice from behind me said.
