Loki POV:"You brought her?!" I yelled at my idiotic brother. He looked over at my Angel surrounded by chaos and looked shocked,
"I told you to stay here!" He yelled at y/n. I rolled my eyes at his stupidity and my stubborn little princess.
"Y/n get back here it's not safe" I said whilst motioning for her to come by my side where I could protect her. I know full well that y/n can't yet handle the level of combat these agents are showing, I would feel much better and she would be much safer by my side where she belongs.
But my beautiful little healer saw lady Natasha and ran to save her, I knew it would be waste of breath to tell her to get back over here so I left her to heal.
After taking down another group of mutants with my dagger I turned to see my goddess sprinting across the battlefield, her palms surrounded by a white light, running towards an injured captain Rodgers.
"Fuck-" I mumbled whilst running near her,
"Y/N!!" Me and a lot of other avengers screamed as a useless Sargent Barnes was thrown to the ground leaving y/n and Steve un protected.
But to my surprise she somehow casted a spell to protect her and the captain in a healing bubble, something I haven't seen done in many, many years. My love is full of surprises yet I know she can't keep it up for too long.
I ran at the agents surrounding her bubble and killed them with one stroke,
"Y/N!" I yelled again as she turned her head towards me, she was crying and looked as if she was about to collapse which was hard on my heart. Once she finished healing the captain she dropped her bubble and I quickly caught her in my arms as her legs buckled. I held her to my chest, grateful to have her in my arms and preparing my speech to scold her with later. I was then surrounded by a bunch of worthless mortals,
"Give us the healer!" One of the larger ones yelled whilst pointing a puny gun in my face,
"I would rather die" I seethed whilst letting rage consume my body before teleporting to where stark was flying past. I called him down and transported y/n carefully into his metallic arms. I hated giving her away to him like that but I knew she would be safer and be back at the tower quicker.
As I heard stark's rocket boosters activate and fly off I turned my attention back to the battle. I ran at a bunch of ugly looking mutants and began fighting them, they were strong but dumb. I was quick to out smart then with my illusions before landing a clean blow to their heads. I smirked in victory but was cut short by the sound of a loud missile being fired. I watched in horror as a large missile was fired from a large black van and aimed right at stark who was still carrying y/n. It was like a nightmare playing in slow motion and I couldn't move or do anything but watch in agony. Y/n somehow casted one last healing bubble to shield herself and Tony from the bomb. The bomb exploded, throwing Tony sideways but my eyes were glued to my Angel. My chest squeezed as she hovered momentarily before her powers drained and she began falling at a rapid speed through the air. I began running to where she was falling, I was too a far away but I was convinced I would make it. I didn't have my eyes looking where I was going but only on a falling Angel.
"LOKI!" She screamed before her body fell lifelessly through the air,
"Y/N!" I screamed, but I was to late. HYDRA agents seized their opportunity and fired nets that trapped y/n's body and pulled her through the air and into the back of the same large black van.
"NO!" I yelled in pain and in anger as I began running after the van but was quickly thrown to the ground by a mutant.
I wasted no time in killing the mutant and the ones that surrounded me in a blinding rage, and began to run after the van but it was nowhere in sight. I had lost. I had lost her. My y/n, my light, my darling is gone.
