Loki's Lover

Chapter 10.

Y/n POV:

After saying my goodbyes I left with Steve on my walk to school. It was a peaceful walk whilst Steve and I made small talk.
Steve and I have always been close, he's been like a protective over brother to me. He has always been looking out for me and making sure I was safe when in battle.

As we approached school I gave Steve a hug and he returned it. I felt like a heart felt hug but nothing like my hugs with Loki. Loki's were different, he grabbed my waist and whilst walking he always found a way to show affection. Yet again Steve was a perfect gentleman and gave me a goodbye hug and told me to stay out of trouble. I laughed and walked into school in good spirits.

Once I walked out of school I was excited and energetic for a weekend of fun with the team. As I exited the school gates I caught site of Thor standing in the middle of the parking lot, attracting quite a lot of attention from the hormonal teenage girls. I groaned and made my way through the crowd of fan girls towards Thor who seemed to be confused by all the attention.
"Thor!" I yelled, being pushed and shoved between girls,
"Thor!" I tired again but was once again trampled by the stampede,
"THOR!" I screamed over the other one hundred girls screaming his name, at this a girl elbowed me in the ribs and another "accidentally kicked" me in the back of the leg making me fall to the ground. This caught Thor's attention and he saw me being half trampled. The over protectiveness kicked in and he parted the crowd to get to me instantly. The girls that were basically holding me up parted and I hit the ground with an thud.
"Owwww" I said wincing as I grabbed my hip,
"Lady y/n!" Thor yelled, he grabbed under my back and under me legs before I was hauled into his arm bridal style.
"Lady y/n are you okay?" Thor said,
"I'm fine Thor, let's just get out of here" I said, hating the hundreds of cell phones that were videoing us at this very moment.
"Of course, please make way!" Thor boomed as the crowd dispersed. After walking for a solid minute I poked Thor's cheek,
"Yes lady y/n" thor said looking down at me,
"I can walk thor" I said whilst squirming in his hold,
"M'lady Loki would stab me if I let you walk home with an injury" Thor said whilst re adjusting me in his muscle strong grip. I groaned and leaned my head into his shoulder. After a long walk home in Thor's hold we finally arrived, we entered the elevator.
"Thor you better put me down, everyone's gonna overreact when they see you hauling me into the living room in your arms!" I said trying to get out of his arms,
"Lady y/n you are injured!" He said,
"Thor I fell over, it's not like I'm missing a leg" I growled whilst managing to free an arm to whack him with,
"Lady y/n please" thor said as the elevators doors swung open. Just my luck all the avengers were hanging around the living room.
Tony was working on a gadget on the coffee table, Bruce tinkering beside him, cap looking at a map with Bucky at his side, Nat and Clint were watching tv and Loki was tucked up in the corner of the room reading a book.
"Thor, put me down!" I yelled whilst thrashing my legs and waving my legs to break free.
"Lady y/n" Thor huffed,
"What is going on point break?!" Tony yelled.
When Thor entered the living room with you kicking and screaming in his arms, Loki was the first on his feet.
"Lady y/n was injured" Thor grumbled whilst trying to cease my thrashing,
"Injured?" Loki said worriedly and was standing before you both in seconds,
"I was trampled by Thor's fan club but I am fine!" I said grumpily,
Thor quickly shot Loki a look and dumped me into his cool strong arms.
"Thor!" I yelled angrily, I went red and quickly tried to get out of Loki's grip. Loki tightened his grip around me,
"You are injured, let me carry you" Loki whispered,
"Thank you brother, my apologies lady y/n" Thor apologised with a smirk.
"Y/n are you okay?" Bucky said standing up from the couch,
"I will be taking y/n to her room" Loki growled whilst holding me closer to his chest.
I shoved my bright red face into Loki's chest as he walked us towards my room.
"You don't have to carry me just because Thor dumped me on you" I said whilst trying to get down one last time,
"Relax darling" he said whilst looking down at me with a cheeky smile.
"You are enjoying this way too much" I stated whilst Loki opened my bedroom door with his foot and walked me over to my bed,
"Maybe my love" he laughed whilst gently placing me on my bed. I laughed and he fluffed the pillows behind me and made sure I was comfortable.
"Thanks lokes" I said with a smile,
"Now you are gonna tell me what happened" Loki said sternly, whilst standing over me and fixing my blankets over me.
"Your gonna wanna sit down for this" I sighed whilst patting the space beside me in my double bed. Loki smiled and sat down beside me.

"So to put in midguardian terms, 'let's spill the tea?'" Loki said whilst his arm brushed against mine ever so slightly. I burst out laughing and kept laughing until it hurt, Loki smiled and laughed along with me,
"That is the funniest phrase to come out of your mouth" I laughed. Loki seemed to be studying my face, to either remember what I look like when I laugh or my ugly laughing face.
"That expression doesn't make any sense at all," Loki laughed,
"What do you mean?" I giggled,
"Why spill tea? It's a valuable drink and there is an unnecessary the in between these words. You mortals can be confusing," he said,
"Heyyyyy I don't like being called a mortal!" I pouted,
"Then that is what you won't be called love" Loki said seriously, as though he was making a mental note. Eventually loki remembered what the topic of conversation was and turned serious.
"Okay okay, I'll spill the tea" I sighed whilst turning towards him more,
"I left school, saw an army of fan girls surrounding Thor, I tried to make my way through to get to him but I was pushed and trampled, Thor saw me and carried me home just because I fell over." I grumbled,
"Are you okay?" Loki said angrily,
"Yes lokes I'm fine, are you okay?" I said putting my hand on his shoulder to calm him as I saw him growing angrier.
"I repulsed seeing you in his arms. This wouldn't of happened if Thor had let me come and get you" he seethed whilst staring straight ahead,
"Hey look at me." I said seriously, Loki turned his head and my eyes met his green ones,
"This isn't as any of your fault than it is mine. It's over now and I'm glad you got a day of rest." I said softly whilst I rubbed his shoulder. Loki looked down at his shoulder shocked,
"I'm so sorry" I apologised quickly whilst pulling my hand away quickly once I realised what I was doing,
"Please don't stop" he sighed as he lied down on my bed. I laughed and began massaging his shoulder,
"You didn't tell me you hurt your shoulder as well" I said upset at his lack of faith in me,
Loki eyes snapped towards me with dangerous speed,
"I never meant to upset you darling, never
,I just know how much it drains you, even though you try to hide it." Loki said softly,
"No more secrets" I mumbled,
"Do you trust me?" Loki said closing his eyes as I massaged deeper into his shoulder blade,
"Of course" I fired back just as quickly. Loki's eyes opened and once more he looked shocked,
"What? You don't trust me?" I said confused,
"I trust you with my life Angel" he said firmly.
I laughed and noticed he was falling asleep,
"Go to sleep lokes" I whispered,
"Stay with me" Loki mumbled half asleep,
"Forever" I whispered, mostly to myself. Loki fell asleep smiling and I tucked him under my blankets.
I smiled at the sleeping Loki and brushed his long black hair out of his eyes.
Careful, as not to wake him, I tiptoed out of my room and shut the door. Gosh I'm falling fast.
