Chapter 41

Chang's POV

I don't know what master sees in her. She's not even pretty. I know that I can make him happy. We're perfect for each other. He's my mate. Him rescuing me all those years ago was no coincidence, it was fate. Its just a matter of time for him to see that I'm the one. All those filthy women he had were just for entertainment and feeding. He never felt anything more than hunger for them.
Anyway, Joshua just sent me his report. She's at that James' house, another victim of her sorcery. I hope he drains her dry.

Sofia's POV

I was playing with my fingers the whole ride to his house.

Should I tell him that I'm starting to remember?

"We're here." His deep voice took me out of my thoughts. I unbuckled my seatbelt and stepped out. We walked inside his house and he led me to his bedroom.
The last time I was here was when he yelled at me.
I thought sadly. Noticing my slightly change of mood, James spoke.

"I'm so sorry. I was being and asshole when I yelled at you. I-"

"Its fine. I'm okay." I cut him off and walked around taking in his room. Its very organized and spacious. I like it. That dark blue with white on the walls and that dark red carpet totally match his personality. The bedframe, closet, drawers, etc, are giving it a misterious vibe which surprisingly doesn't make me uncomfortable.

"Why you brought me to your room?"

"W-what?"

"Usually when I come over to do homework with you, we do it in the living room or in the library. Why here today?"

"I um...I just...I just wanted for us to don't have any sort of interruptions."

"What do you mean?"

"I don't want any of my brothers to walk in on us and tease us or distract us from working." He mumbled scratching the back of his neck which I found hot.

"Okay." I whispered.

"Right. So...let's get to work." He clapped his hands together, dropped his backpack on the bed and flopped down on it, me following suit.
I was taking out my calculator when something came up to my mind.

"Wait. If you're a three hundred year old vampire, how is it possible that you need my help, or anyone's for that matter, with math? Your family owns a University, so..its kind of a requirement for you to know math..."

"I know...but...I've never been good with math. There's this program in my computer that handles the mathematics of my job. This is part of one of the reasons why I'm in school. So I can finally be better at math." He explained and I nodded my head in understanding.

"Okay then. Let's begin your private math lesson." I exclaimed and he smiled.
This last hour and a half, I've been teaching James all that you need to know about math and what we actually use in real life. So far he has understood everything I've taught him, but somehow he has managed to show me his flirtatious side since he's been flirting with me every chance he got. Not that I mind anyway ;)

"Uh...James?"

"Yeah?"

"Um...I've been recovering a few of my memories..." At this, his eyes widened at a point where he looked like a Japanese cartoon.

"R-really?! W-what do you remember?" He asked eagerly.

"Well...I remember when we went to the mall for the first time and ate pizza. I also remember when....when..." I trailed off and my cheeks were on fire, so I looked down.

"No, no, no. Please tell me. I want-no, I need to know." Wow! Déjà vu right there.

"O-okay. I...I remember when we...first kissed." I told him and looked away.

This is so embarrassing.

"Uh...do-do you rember anything else?" He asked and I shook my head.

"That's all for now.." I replied.

"For now..." He repeated to himself.

"Soph." He called after a few moments of awkward silence.

"Yeah?"

"Look at me." He pleaded and I slowly turned my gaze to his. His green eyes were sparkling and that's when I noticed that he was in the verge of tears.

"James." I whispered and wiped away his tears.

"Sofia." He whispered back and cupped my face with both hands. Then I remembered when we confused our love for each other and our first official kiss. It came so hard that I felt slightly dizzy.

"James." I moaned when he started kissing my neck. I didn't noticed that he has placed me on his lap straddling him until I unconsciously grinded my hips against his when he kissed an specific spot in my neck.

"Sofia." He moaned/growled.

"James." I whispered and brought his face in front of mine. We were leaning closer and closer, about to kiss on the lips when...

"JAMES GUESS WHAT?! I-OH SHIT! This is awkward. Talk to ya later." Mathew boomed into James' room and I fell on the ground when I jumped in surprise.

"I SWEAR TO GOD THAT I WILL KILL YOU!!!" James yelled/ growled and Mathew slammed the door shut and ran away laughing. I tried to stand up, but fell right back because my butt hurt from the fall.

"Ow." I mumbled in pain.

"Shit Sofia! Are you okay?" James asked concerned rushing towards me and picking me up.

"Yeah. Its just must butt. It hurts a little, but the pain will fade away in a few minutes." I told him and giggled.

"What's so funny?" He asked confused and I pointed to his very noticeable erection. He looked at it and his eyed widened. Without another word, he ran out of the room and I was left a laughing mess.
