James's POV

Guilt. The second I slammed shut my door, I regretted every single word that left my mouth. The look in her eyes made my heart shattered in millions of pieces. She wanted to talk about it for God's sake! I acted like a jerk and hurt her when she didn't do anything wrong. The only one who deserved my little explosion was Michael. I peeked over my window and I saw her wiping away the tears that streamed out of her beautiful eyes. I have to fix this. I went downstairs.

"Then James blew up on her and... Oh, hi James! How are you feeling?" George asked. He and Mathew were sitting on the couch. Obviously George read Sofia's mind, that's why he knows about what happened earlier.

"Did you heard it all?" I asked already knowing the answer.

"Yes, we heard it all, well, just Mathew and me. The others were busy with other stuff."

"After Sofia stormed out the house, I asked George what happened. Then he told me about Michael's little move on her and that you got immediately jealous about it."

"Yeah, I'm sorry about that." I said feeling ashamed that I hurt Sofia, even though it wasn't physically.

"Its not us who you should be apologizing to. Go find her and apologize. If she accepts your apology, try to talk about it and let her explain." George said standing up.

"James, when you're angry, you tend to overreact, so please just listen to what she has to say and maybe she'll forgive you." Mathew said standing up also. Okay, now I'm pissed again.

"She let him touch her." I growled and Mathew rolled his eyes.

"Mate, she lost her balance when Mike pulled her up. There was nothing else for her to hold onto." Mathew said.

"But still! She c-"

"No James. Would you rather have her fall to the ground and crack her head open instead of holding on to a guy? Who is your own brother instead of any other stranger?" George said.

"I-"

"If it makes you feel any better, the only thing she was thinking about while Mike was holding her was to not fall and break a bone. She barely acknowledged that Mike was the one holding her." George told me.

"You're right. But I don't know where she is now." I sighed deeply agreeing with him. I fucked up badly and I feel now like shit.

"She's at Zander's party with Michael. After what you did, she decided to go to try to forget what happened. Trust me, she's not there because she has feelings for Michael. Oh, and you need a costume to get in." I simply turned around and ran to Zander's house not caring that I was wearing gray sweatpants, red Nike's and a Marvel's superhero  T-shirt. It took me around ten minutes to get there. There were people making out, having sex, drinking blood and dancing. I immediately started to panic. There were a lot of vampires and more than half of the people here were guys that are very touchy. I just hope that none of them had tried a move on her or far worse, hurt her.

Michael's POV

Where is she? I shouldn't have brought her here. Fuck! There's too many people. We were walking together until a drunk girl bumped into me and I broke eye contact with Sofia for a few seconds while I helped that girl to stand up. She just kept dancing a and when I looked around searching for Sofia, she was gone. James is going to definitely kill me if something happens to her.

Sofia's POV

Fear started to flow through my veins. I slowly turned around to look at the guy that was behind me, but my vision got blurry and a horrible pain started to creep its way in my back.
