Author's POV

The school bell rang indicating that school was over for the day, Jungkook happily skipped out of class. It was always after school he looked forward to, not only he could go home but also because he could see Taehyung, his best friend and crush.

"Hey Tae," Jungkook smiled and waved, Taehyung though, didn't give a response so Koo pouted and walked up to the older, "Heyy, you can at least wave back you know," he whined, lips jutting out more

"Sorry bun, I'm not feeling really well right now," he groaned holding his head, "I feel like I'm gonna faint,"

"Wait wait- oh- uhh here, sit down," the omega guided the other to a bench nearby and stood next to him

"Tsk, why is it so cold," Tae growled, scaring the omega next to him since his tone was quite harsh

"U-uh, do you want my j-jacket? I don't n-need it," Koo carefully asked, he didn't want to somehow trigger the alpha in front of him, cause hell, he's seen Tae mad before and he's made it a mental note to himself to never make the alpha mad...ever

"Yes, thanks Koo," Jungkook smiled and handed over the jacket and wrapped it around the older, on the inside of Jungkook though, that's a different story.

"You're shaking..do you want some water? I have my water bottle here, the water is a bit warm though,"

"That's better if it's warm honestly, thanks again Koo," Tae ruffled the latter's hair and opened Jungkook's water bottle and drank from it

'Omg, he took my jacket'

'That means his pheromones are going to be on my jacket'

'Holy- t-that means he's going to smell my pheromones!' this was all in Koo's mind but he was blushing on the outside already at the thought of being able to smell Taehyung's scent and Taehyung smelling his scent

"I'm going to smell V's scent? Thank you Kook, for once you made a move," Jungkook's wolf howled which made Koo mentally roll his eyes

The little omega was eyeing the older the whole time, noticing how Taehyung dug his face into his jacket and rubbed his nose all over it.

"He smells so nice.." Jungkook's ears perked up and blushed into the hue of a tomato when he heard what the alpha had said, was he hearing things?

"W-what? Did you say something?"

"Huh? nope, but thanks for the jacket bun,"

"Of course! You're still shaking though a-are you really okay?"

"I'm just cold, it should be fine,"

"Oh did you um text your boyfriend? Speaking of him- where is he anyways,"

"Jimin's busy, and yea I texted him look," Taehyung turned over the phone and showed the younger, Jungkook almost had his heart beat out of his chest when he saw Tae text his boyfriend 'I'm fine, Jungkook is taking care of me, he gave me his jacket and water,'

"Okay, I have to go now, but thank you so much for your jacket today Jungkook!"
"Of course! Hope you feel better," he smiled and waved a goodbye

Jungkook quickly ran home and went straight into his bedroom before rubbing his face all over his jacket, the lingering scent of the alpha was all over the jacket and he was loving it. After a while, he fell asleep with his face dug into his jacket and it was his mom that had to wake him up to shower.
