Author's POV

Little Koo has been playing by himself for a while now. He has been patiently waiting for his caregiver to finish his work so he can come out and they can make lunch together.

It's been around 45 minutes, Jungkook is normally patient but 45 minutes is a little too much for Koo. He didn't want to go knock on his caregiver's door but he can't really help it but walk over to the older's home office.

"Da-"

"Right Mr.Kim, the statistics have shown for your department that it has stayed in a straight line. We want it to increase okay? Not that it staying as a straight line is a bad thing but our goal is still to increase our economic status." A voice was heard, Koo was confused for a moment then realized that his dada was in a virtual meeting

"Yes sir. Oh bab-sorry Mr.Lee I'm going to mute myself real quick I'll excuse myself, I'll be right back. What're you doing here baby?" Taehyung asked, turning his seat outwards

"I...Koo-nu..." Jungkook pouted he didn't mean to disturb the older during his meeting

"Come here, you're okay," after seeing the comforting smile of Taehyung he waddled over and sat on his lap when he saw Tae signaling him.

The little stared at the screen with wide eyes and tinted cheeks, not knowing if he should move or not, and trying his best to not make any noise.

"Relax petal, you're okay, no need to be so tense," Koo relaxed his tense body before hiding his face in his caregiver's chest, loving the warmth and comfort

"What's wrong baby? Why is your face so red?"

"So many people look at Koo...em-embawassed," the caregiver chuckled at his bunny's cuteness and gave him a quick peck on the cheek

"Alright well Mr.Kim, can we continue the meeting now?"

"Yes Mr.Lee, sorry for the wait," Taehyung said after turning on his mic

"Alright so as I was saying..." Mr.Lee continued the meeting, it didn't take long till the end but Jungkook tried his best not to move or make a sound.
He was playing with Taehyung's fingers and shirt then gazing around the office, doe eyes looking around.

"Hey baby, how have you been doing huh?" The older asked, closing his laptop in the meantime

"Koo god!"

"Baby it's good, not god," Tae chuckled, pinching the bridge of Jungkook nose gently

"Mmm, dada noo, Koo no woke that," he whined, scrunching up his nose

"Haha, okay okay,"

"Koo was a wittle bored, wan...wan wait for dada to come out b-but dada work too l-long, so Koo came find dada!"

"Ohh, I see, why was my precious baby so tense during my meeting then hm?"

"Nu wan to distwurb dada, know dada work hard, no wan be b-bother," Koo pouted, but eyes lit up when he felt his caregivers lips on his

"Thank you for being so kind love, but next time it's okay, no need to be that tense. I appreciate That you kept your noise and movement very quiet tho, such a good boy huh?"

"Y-yes! Koo ish dada's good boy!"The little blushed at the praise, heart feeling all fluttery and giddy about it.

"That's right, now is my little one ready to come and make lunch with me?"

"Yes! Dadas wittle one weady!"

"You're so adorable," he smiled "Okay let's go,"

The two had a wonderful afternoon making lunch together. Afterwards they opened up the tv to cuddle and watch something but the two ended up falling asleep.

{at night}

"Dada.."

"Yes bunny?"

"Koo gon try and sweep alone t-tonight." Tae furrowed his brows and turned to the younger

"How come?"

"Cause Koo wan try, Koo b-big boy!"

"You sure? You tried this before baby I don't think-"

"Nuu dada, Koo gon try again, Koo brave," honestly the real reason was, Jungkook has seen how hard working Tae has been for the past few weeks and he wanted him to relax a bit. So little Koo decided that he should try sleeping by himself now. (so considerate😭)

{later at night}

Taehyung m took a while to sleep actually, he wasn't used to Jungkook not sleeping besides him. But not too long after he fell asleep, he heard tiny sniffles and the door being opened. He woke up only to see a sad a crying baby bunny tugging on his blanket on the side of the bed.

"Hey, bun? Aww what's wrong petal?"

"I...K-koo—" his breath hitched, he climbed into bed and snuggled into Tae's open arms, deeply inhaling the older scent, hoping it'll calm him down.

"It's okay, shh I got you sweet bun, you're okay," Taehyung whispered lovingly, gently caressing Koo's hair and giving him little kisses on his forehead.

"Ko-I can't do it! Koo try to sweep awone but no wike i-it. Wan..wan d-dada to rest well cause you looked stwessed so wan dads not to worry bout' koo. M' s-sorry, Koo not big b-boy yet..can..can Koo get cuddles a-and kissies please? I-if not m' understand..."the younger said, ashamed at the fact that he still can't sleep alone even at this age

"My beautiful baby is so caring and thoughtful! Of course you get cuddles and kisses, calm down now little one, I've got you," he responded, pulling the blanket over them both , "It's okay that you can't sleep alone bubs, I know it's hard sometimes, but if you really want to try let's take it a step at a time okay? Next time you want to sleep alone, I'll sit next to you on the bed, then next time I'll sit on the couch over there and each time I'll move further and further away. But, only of you're ready and comfortable yea?"

"T-Thank you hyungie!" Jungkook smiled touchingly as he slipped out of headspace

"You're welcome love, let's sleep now hm?"

"Y- *yawn* yea, let's sleep..." Koo yawned and snuggled further into his boyfriend's arms.
