"THAT WAS actually so disgusting," Stephanie Harrington scrunched her face up in disgust as soon as she swallowed the final bit of her beer. No wonder Steve never let her drink, he was saving her from torture since that shit was so gross. Eddie laughed at her expression, tipping his bottle back and taking a long swig. Stephanie couldn't even fathom how he was on his second bottle. It had taken her a full hour to drink one, and by the end of it, the beer was incredibly flat which made it so much worse. "I don't even know what kind of drugs you have to be on to like this."

Eddie smirked a bit, placing his bottle on the table, "I'm not on drugs right now sweetheart, but we'll save that for another time."

"Alright, I had my first drink tonight, and now you're offering drugs?" Stephanie shook her head, glancing back to the movie momentarily. "I think you're a bad influence on me, Eddie Munson."

"Oh yeah?" He questioned, raising his eyebrows slightly in surprise. 

He hummed in agreement, "I kind of like it though."

"You are too much sometimes, Stephanie Harrington, I still can't believe this is your first time drinking," Eddie grinned, shifting on the couch, avoiding eye contact with her for a moment. "And for the record, I wasn't offering drugs right now, I said we'll do it some other time."

"Are you assuming we're going to hang out again?" Stephanie spoke playfully, hoping that they would hang out once more, she was having a lot of fun with him. They haven't done much tonight, only sitting up and watching the movie, but it was still nice. Eddie had to hear her complain multiple times about how gross the beer was, but she wanted to finish it anyway, even when he offered to finish the bottle for her. Apparently, her first drink can't be half-assed.

They were both on the couch, and at the beginning of the night, both of them were sitting on each end, but as time passed,  Eddie seemed to relocate towards the middle. With the little bit of alcohol in her system, Stephanie felt a lot more confident around Eddie. This meant that as soon as she got a bit uncomfortable on the old couch, she asked the boy if she could lie down. He was slightly confused about why she would ask but soon had to hide his blush when she threw her legs over his. 

This brought them to now, Stephanie felt a swarm of butterflies in her stomach as Eddie traced lazy shapes on her thigh, right over her knee. She was sure he didn't even know he was doing it half the time.

"Wow, I thought we were friends, Sweetheart," Eddie sent her a surprised look. "But, yeah I was hoping to hang out some other time..."

Stephanie noticed how nervous he seemed after her words, his hands stopping their movements on her leg. She shook her head, smacking his shoulder playfully, "I'm fucking with you, we can definitely hang out again."

Eddie let out a breath and squeezed her leg assuringly, "Man you had me scared for a second, I thought we were having a good time."

"I'm having a great time," Stephanie confessed, glancing at the boy, then back at the TV.

Eddie nodded, also going back to watching the movie. Though after a few minutes, he turned back to the girl. "What are you doing next Saturday?"

Stephanie shrugged, "Nothing at the moment, you'll come to find out I'm a pretty boring person."
