When he thought he is the one who donated the heart since you didn't saw him in your hospital room.

After the heart surgery, Y/N slowly opened her eyes, still groggy from the anesthesia. The soft beeping of the monitor was the first sound she heard. Blinking a few times, she tried to make out the figure beside her.
"Dad..." she murmured, her voice weak but steady.
Her father's eyes widened, glistening with emotion. "Y/N!" he rushed to her side, taking her hand with trembling fingers. "Oh sweetheart, I'm so happy you're awake!"
She gave him a tired smile, grateful to see his familiar face. Despite the pain, her heart felt lighter just knowing he was there. His eyes brimmed with tears, tears of joy.
"I made it, Dad," she whispered, squeezing his hand gently.
"You really did," he said, smiling through the tears. "I'm so proud of you."
Her lips curved slightly upward, but a question burned in her mind. "Where is he?"
"Who?" her father asked, confused.
"Jimin," she said quietly, scanning the room as if he might appear at any second.
Her dad's smile faltered for a moment. There was something in his eyes, sadness? Her breath caught.
"Dad," she said, her voice cracking, "where's Jimin?"
He hesitated, then let out a slow breath. "Y/N... don't you know who gave you the heart?"
Her world stopped. The tears she had been holding back spilled freely now, streaking down her cheeks. Her chest tightened, panic rising in her throat.
"Dad, no..." she choked out.
Suddenly, her father grinned. "I'm just kidding, he just went to the bathroom."
She blinked in disbelief. "Are you serious right now—?"
The door opened.
And there he was.
"Jimin," she breathed, voice full of relief.
He rushed to her side without hesitation and wrapped his arms around her gently, holding her like she was the most precious thing in the world.
"Why are you crying?" Jimin asked softly.
She let out a shaky laugh through her tears. "When I woke up and didn't see you here, I asked Dad where you were, and he said, 'Don't you know who gave you the heart?' I thought you—" her voice broke, "I thought you were gone. But now you're here, and I'm just... I'm so thankful."
Jimin laughed quietly, brushing a tear from her cheek. "Well, your dad has a messed-up sense of humor."
She glanced over at her father, who was now laughing so hard he had to wipe his own tears.
"Seriously," Jimin said, shaking his head with a smile, "remind me never to leave you alone with him again." Y/N laughed softly.
