When his employees keep ordering you around not knowing you are his wife | you as a new recruit employee on his company.

"Okay, everyone, let's have some coffee together," one of the employees suddenly announced, snapping me out of focus.
"I want a café latte," someone chimed in. "Coffee tea for me," added the person beside me.
"Chocolate tea."
"Chamomile."
"Café mocha."
"Americano."
They called out their orders one by one, casually listing drinks like they did this every day. My head spun trying to keep up. Was someone buying for everyone? I wanted one too. This job was already draining the life out of me and caffeine sounded like a miracle.
It's not like anyone forced me to be here. My husband, Park Jimin, the CEO, offered me the role of his secretary, but I refused. I didn't want special treatment. I wanted to earn my place. So I applied anonymously and landed a general position just a week ago.
The employees were... well, friendly on some days and not-so-friendly on others.
A tap on my desk made me jump slightly. I turned to see one of them, Nam Jia, leaning over with a raised brow. I remembered her. Sharp-tongued, confident, a little too much sometimes. Sitting next to her was Kang Daehyun, who seemed more neutral. I didn't speak to them much, nor did I try to. I kept to myself.
"Recruit," Jia said, calling me by the nickname they all decided to use for me. Apparently, being new made me "recruit." I didn't bother correcting them. I didn't want them calling me Mrs. Park either.
"Yes?" I answered politely.
"Chief wants café latte. Kang Daehyun wants chocolate tea, Jang Jihye wants chamomile, Choi Yiyong wants mocha, and I want an Americano. Got that?"
Was she... asking me to get it? I thought they were just casually naming drinks earlier. But okay.
"Oh! Milk tea for me, please," I smiled and turned back to my screen, shooting a quick text to my husband who kept checking up on me today. Sweet, but clingy.
"Recruit?" Jia said again, her tone coated in sarcasm.
What now?
I turned to face them, only to find all their eyes on me, confused, judging. It finally hit me.
Wait... did they mean I'm the one supposed to get the coffee?
"Thanks for the tea," I said innocently, thinking it was an offer. That made them all laugh, sarcastically.
Before Jia could speak again, my phone buzzed. "Sorry, I need to take this," I said and quickly stood up. It was Yeji, my best friend.
Behind me, I heard Jia grumble, "This girl..."
"Let it go, Jia. I'll talk to her later," Daehyun whispered. I heard it. I pretended I didn't.
After my call, I returned and focused on my work again. I didn't want to let Jimin down, not after choosing this path. Then, suddenly, my alarm went off. It was already 6 PM. Time to go home. I stood up, grabbed my bag, and said, "I'll get going then."
That's when Jia stood too. "You're going home?" she asked, clearly annoyed. "Yes, ma'am." I smiled. "Recruit," she said slowly, "Do you think this is recess? A playground?"
"I'm done with my tasks for today."
"If your seniors aren't done, you're not done either. Got that? You're new here. Learn some manners."
I blinked. "Okay..."
"Oh, and don't think I didn't notice that desktop wallpaper, you changed it to some celebrity?"
I tilted my head. "He's my husband," I muttered, not intending for her to hear it clearly.
"If CEO Park Jimin is your husband, then I'm married to Jeon Jungkook!" she scoffed. She recognized Jimin's back in that photo? Wow. But still didn't believe me?
"Work-related or family photos are what should be on your desktop to motivate you. Not some idol's back."
I bit my tongue, keeping calm. "Okay, I'll change it. And I'll get everyone coffee tomorrow."
"You better," she muttered, walking off.
AUTHOR'S POV
Feeling victorious, Nam Jia strutted back to her desk. "She needed that reality check," she said proudly. "She's new, acting like a queen." The other employees looked... less impressed.
"She changed her wallpaper to a family photo," Jia said with a smug grin. She glanced over, only to freeze.
On Y/N's desktop was a picture of her and Jimin, his arm around her, together with Park's family. Casual, yes.
"W-Wait... what's the CEO doing on her wallpaper?" Jia stammered. "And the director...?" another whispered. "What do you think?" Daehyun said dryly.
"She's CEO Park Jimin's wife," he continued. "And the director's daughter-in-law." Jia's legs gave out and she fell back into her seat. "Did I just scold... the CEO's wife?"
Daehyun sighed. "Yep. Loudly. In public."
Just then, Y/N walked back in with coffee. Calm, graceful, smiling.
"I got everyone's drinks," she said cheerfully. "Sorry again about earlier, and thank you Jia, for teaching me about team responsibility. I'll stay until everyone's finished from now on."
Jia awkwardly nodded. "Y-Yeah, that's... good."
"You can call me Y/N, by the way."
"Right! No more 'recruit.' You're one of us now!" she laughed nervously. Suddenly, a familiar deep voice echoed across the room.
"Is my wife here?"
The entire office froze as CEO Park Jimin entered with casual confidence.
"There you are," he smiled, walking over and pulling Y/N close by the waist. "Dinner?"
"Jimin!" she hissed. "We're still at your company!"
He grinned. "You're still blushing even after last night—"
"Let's go!" she interrupted, face red.
As they walked out, the employees stood stunned. Who would've thought? The cold, intimidating CEO turned soft around his wife. And "Recruit Y/N"? She had just become untouchable.
