When his mother confronted you to leave him by paying you a huge amount of money.

Nervous and uneasy, I stood outside the mansion of Jimin's mother. She had summoned me without explanation, and I could already feel cold eyes watching from within. The Parks were wealthy, mansion, luxury cars, even a private pool. I hadn't dared to come before, and now I knew why.

When I knocked, a maid answered startling me. I'd expected Mrs. Park herself. Jimin wasn't with me, and I hadn't told him I was here. His mother was strict, especially about his love life. His father was often away on business, but his mother ruled the household.

"There you are, Yoon Y/N. Have a seat," said an elegant woman dripping in luxury. Her presence alone made my heart race. As I sat on the pristine sofa, she studied me like prey. A maid served coffee something I didn't even like.

Then, without hesitation, she spoke.
"Leave my son alone."

Stunned, I froze. Was that why I was called here? My love for Jimin was real. We'd kept our relationship a secret because of her. Now I saw why he feared telling her. "I don't want to, Mrs. Park," I replied, trying to stay firm.

"You're just a commoner. You don't belong with my son." Her words stung, but I stayed calm.

"I love him."

"That kind of love will ruin him. My friends will mock me if they learn my son is dating trash." She sneered. "I'm not a trash. My intentions are pure, Auntie." I managed to say.

"Don't call me 'Auntie'. It's disgusting,"she snapped. "I'm sorry," I said, humiliated. Then she smirked. "100 million dollars. Leave him." I was speechless. Was she serious?

"My love isn't for sale," I answered. She upped the offer. "200 million. That's more than enough for someone like you." I hesitated, but not because of the money. "Mrs. Park,"I said as tears welled up, "I love your son."

She didn't relent. "500 million. I know your father is sick. Be practical." My heart cracked. She knew too much. I finally whispered, "For 500 million dollars... I'll leave him." She grinned. "Shameless. Expect the money tomorrow. You may leave."

Back home, Jimin greeted me casually from the couch. "Y/N," he smiled, "Is it true? You accepted the money?" I was stunned. She had told him. "I'm sorry," I said. "We need the money. For us.. to run away." He laughed. "My mother actually believed it?"

"She did. She thinks my father is sick. But the truth is, he's been dead for years." I chuckled. "How much did she offer?" He asked. "Started at 100, went to 200 and lastly 500 million, jackpot."

I laid out our escape plan. He crossed his arms. "Do you think I'd run away with a gold digger?"

"What?"

"I know your game. You seek out rich families, make the son fall for you, take their money, then disappear." He angrily said at me. "That's not true! I tricked your mother—"

" Do you really think you tricked her? It was all part of the plan." He leaned closer. "Now it's payback time."I smirked. "Then it's my turn, too."

"What?"

"You think I didn't know what you and your family did?" I stepped forward. "You murdered my parents. You were at the crime scene, Park Jimin." His face turned pale. "W-Who are you?"

"I'm Min Y/N. Heir to the Min family. And a secret agent. My brother? Min Yoongi. Ring a bell?" He backed away. "No—wait—"

I cut him off. "It was all planned—from becoming your girlfriend to infiltrating your home. We're reclaiming what you stole from us."

"B-But I love you..."

"Liar. You said it was all a game a minute ago." I checked my watch. "You have two minutes to pack. You're going to jail." He stared in shock. "Shameless," I muttered as I turned away.
