STEVE GROAN AS ANOTHER WAVE OF PAIN HIT HIM. His stomach was cramping and scramble. His temperature is hot to the touch while his cough rang throughout the house.
Steve Harrington is sick.
He mentally scold himself for not putting on a jacket before playing in the rain with Jack. Despite having fun, him and his friend slip and roll in mud, and their parents practically had to force them in a shower. Not before his mom snapped a picture.
Now, the boy was stuck on what it felt like his death bed.
Steve called Jack earlier to inform him that he wouldn't be in school today. Blonde boy told him that he'll stop by later tocomfort him. He envy that his best friend was not sick when they were both equally wet and dirty.
He lazily turn over and notice that school was over on his clock. He softly smile, knowing his best friend will be stopping by. The smile quickly turn into a painful frown as his stomach sting.
Steve waited.
And waited.
And waited.
By 5:58, he realized that Jack wasn't coming.

Hopper grumble out of his truck and walk towards his house. It was a long day at work and he wants no more than to sit down and watch the movie, "The Omen" with a cool beer in his hand.
